1、中考前家长会发言稿高中家长会家长发言稿大家好!学习中有两个不等式:学习时间学习效果,效率是关键因素;知识掌握考试成绩,答题技巧、考试心态、身体状况等起到重要影响作用。考前100 天,让我们用积极的心态,给初三的学习注入激情问题一距中考还有100 多天,成绩还能提高吗?这几天该干什么呀?对策:还能提高吗,这个问题只有自己能回答自己。如果在做之前,就先否定了自己注定失败,我怎么也不行,那结果会如你所料。如果不放弃努力,即使明天就中考也有可能提高。临考了,提高十几分不易,但丢掉几十分却很容易,所以不要轻易对自己说NO。临考做什么,这个问题因人而异,但大体思路是抓基础+抓漏洞+抓重点。这个时候不宜再做

2、偏题、难题、怪题,应注重基础。在此给大家三点建议,可以结合自己情况合理规划这几天的学习:一看以前做过的卷子,重点看错题,找出漏洞,不仅是知识点的漏洞,还有在考试心态、答题技巧等方面的不足,再进行弥补;二看老师强调的重点、难点和热点问题;三做一些典型题目,注意练手。问题二很用功地学,但感觉没进步。脑袋里一团浆糊,拿起书来好像什么都会,又好像什么都不会。激情已被消磨殆尽,学习效率下降,记忆力也大不如前。对策:复习过程中,出现一段时间学习成绩和复习效率停滞不前,甚至学过的知识也模糊化是正常的,心理学称为高原现象。主要因为初三阶段重复性的、繁重过量的学习造成了生理和心理疲劳。但这并不意味着能力到了极限

3、、成绩到了极点,反而是再提高的重要阶段,及时调整就会有一个飞跃。首先不要过分担心,再着急也无济于事,反使心态更糟,加重恶性循环。然后做个清楚的学习者。清楚自己该学什么(内容),该怎么学(方法)。把所要复习的内容按重要性排列出来,即做一个合理有序的复习计划,再按步完成。做好短期计划和时间规划,是提高效率的有效方法。早省:今天要学什么?晚思:今天学到了什么。每节课课前或者是在家里学习的时候,采取四定法:一定向(学什么),二定量(学多少),三定时(花多少时间完成),四定法(怎么学)。也就是在反思和监控中学习,给自己一种我时刻在提高的感觉,可以增强成就感和自信心,走出高原期。另外注意交换复习形式,避免

11、B6B1B2 ZF4R6U10D10Y3越是这样就越心烦自责,就越学不进去了。对策:初三阶段的长期高负荷学习,使得身心疲惫,很容易出现心理饱和状态,一个小小的刺激可能会引起大的情绪波动。让弹起的皮球安定下来的方法就是置之不理,如果拍打它只能使其跳得更高。烦躁的情绪就像弹起的皮球,对待消极的情绪,既来之则安之,对目前状态接受了,心情就平和了。高速行驶的汽车在遇到障碍物、不平路段、车流拥挤时会减速,我们的学习同样需要缓行。在遇到心理饱和状态出现厌学情绪时,不妨先放下手中作业,活动一下,散散步、聊聊天,分散一下紧张情绪,可以减少饱和效应带来的精神压力。一位高考状元说有5 个小时,我会用4 小时学习1

29、惩罚。避免威胁一些家长为了促使孩子努力而制造压力,考砸了,我们就不管你了,考不上重点高中你这一辈子就完了,诸如此类的话会使孩子产生对中考的担忧和恐惧心理,不利于考试的发挥。避免比较有些家长为了激发孩子奋进,总是树立很多榜样,你看你表姐多争气,考好了,重点学校轮番到家里动员,某某多争气,一模又是全年级前名。,这些看似激励的话对孩子都起不到促进作用,反而伤害了自尊心。越拿孩子的不足跟别人比,他就越觉得高不可攀,越自卑气馁。正确的做法是,多过程比较,少成绩比较,多和自己比,和过去比,和同等水平的比。避免过度保护很多家长考前把孩子重点保护起来,全家人都围着孩子转,甚至请假在家照顾孩子,把起居生活大包文
