1、目 录概况施工总体安排主要施工方法技术质量保证措施安全消防措施环保与文明施工措施钢筋工程施工方案概况钢筋工程概况本工程抗震等级为二级,所有钢筋直径如下:HRB335-12、HRB400-12、14、20、22、28施工总体安排 施工准备测量准备:根据平面控制网,放出柱插筋位置线;在混凝土垫层上放出轴线;机具准备: 表1机具名称数量单位备注钢筋切断机1台钢筋拉直机1台钢筋弯曲机1台电焊机3台施工手续现场所有钢筋工应具备职业技能岗位证书、电气焊工必须具备特种作业人员操作证书(在有效期内)。未经培训的人员严禁上岗或操作设备。材料进场计划材料进场计划随工程进度。审图施工前认真查阅图纸(包括与建筑图对应
2、情况)、方案、相关安全质量规范,做到图纸上问题提前与设计联系解决。管理人员及劳务人员培训项目技术部按规定对项目相关部门进行方案、措施交底(包括书面或口头);每周二下午利用简短时间,由项目技术负责人和质量负责人向钢筋操作层进行方案、措施交底(包括书面或口头)。主要施工方法原材采购与供应钢筋选用国家大型钢厂的级、级、级钢筋,严格执行ISO9002质量标准和相关程序文件。配筋及相关要求受力钢筋保护层板:50桩:35钢筋锚固 表2钢筋种类锚固长度混凝土强度等级C20C25C30C35C40HPB235LaE二级抗震等级33d28d25d23d21dHRB335LaE二级抗震等级41d35d31d29d

4、筋的弯钩和弯折:级钢筋末端做180弯钩,其弯弧内直径2.5 d(d为钢筋直径),平直部分长度为3 d;级钢筋末端需做90或135弯折时,钢筋的弯曲直径为4 d。钢筋末端的弯钩:级钢筋弯钩的弯曲直径受力钢筋直径或箍筋直径的2.5倍,弯钩平直部分的长度为箍筋直径10倍,弯钩形式为45/135。施工方法准备及基本方法:核对成品钢筋的钢号、直径、形状、尺寸和数量是否与料单料牌相符;如有错漏,应纠正增补。所有钢筋保护层均采用砂浆垫块来保证。墙柱插筋采用定位筋和梯子筋固定。定位筋和梯子筋加工尺寸必须准确,定位筋和梯子筋拆除后要立即清理干净,校正尺寸,偏差较大的严禁使用。直径12钢筋采用22号铁丝绑扎,直径
5、12钢筋采用20号铁丝绑扎。钢筋绑扎及安装工艺流程:基础梁钢筋: 画主次梁箍筋间距放主次梁箍筋穿主梁底层纵筋及弯起筋穿次梁底层纵筋并与箍筋固定穿主梁上层纵筋按箍筋间距绑扎穿次梁上层纵筋按箍筋间距绑扎柱钢筋绑扎及安装:搭设柱筋支撑脚手架套柱箍筋焊接并绑扎竖向受力钢筋画箍筋间距线绑箍筋梁筋绑扎采用模内绑扎:画主次梁箍筋间距放主次梁箍筋穿主梁底层纵筋及弯起筋穿次梁底层纵筋并与箍筋固定穿主梁上层纵筋按箍筋间距绑扎穿次梁上层纵筋按箍筋间距绑扎板筋绑扎:清理模板模板上画线绑板下受力筋绑负弯矩钢筋技术质量保证措施进场钢筋质量标准及验收原材方面:热轧钢筋进场时,应按批次进行检查验收。并从每批钢筋中任选两根钢筋
6、,每根取两个试样分别进行拉伸试验(包括屈服点、抗拉强度和伸长率)和弯曲试验。如有一个试验结果不符合要求,则从同一批中另取双倍数量的试样重做各项试验。如仍有一个试样不合格,则该批钢筋为不合格品。配料加工方面配料时在满足设计及相关规范、本方案的前提下要有利于保证加工安装质量,要考虑附加筋。配料相关参数选择必须符合相关规范的规定。成型钢筋形状、尺寸准确,平面上没有翘曲不平。末端净空直径钢筋直径的2.5倍。弯曲点处不得有裂纹和回弯现象。钢筋加工的允许误差: 表4项目允许偏差()受力钢筋顺长度方向全长的净尺寸10弯起钢筋的弯折位置20弯起点高度5箍筋内净尺寸5现场钢筋绑扎安装质量要求钢筋绑扎安装必须符合
7、混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范(GB50204-2002)的要求。质量管理与措施(1)钢筋堆放:工程部根据实际进度计划提出合理的钢筋进场计划,尽可能做到进场钢筋及时绑扎安装,减少现场钢筋堆放量、生锈量和占用场地量。加强钢筋的标识管理。钢筋从原材进场堆放、加工后的成品钢筋堆放、施工现场钢筋堆放都必须按不同规格、级别分类堆放并标识,必要时施工现场设专人分类、发料。(2)定位钢筋的绑扎与安装1) 柱定位筋:设置在距离柱顶50处。柱子混凝土浇筑后,定位筋清理后可循环使用。2)钢筋保护层:柱混凝土保护层采用砂浆垫块绑扎在柱四角竖筋外皮上,每0.8m设置一道。梁混凝土保护层用砂浆垫块,每0.8m设置一道,
8、每道设4块(含两侧)。板混凝土保护层用砂浆垫块,砂浆垫块厚度等于保护层厚度,按每0.8m梅花形摆放钢筋保护层。板钢筋支撑:顶板钢筋的支撑,每1.5m一榀马橙置于两层钢筋网片之间。(3)其他:较为复杂的墙、柱、梁节点由技术人员按图纸要求和有关规定进行钢筋摆放放样,并对操作人员进行详细交底。代换钢筋必须征得设计单位同意和监理工程师的认可,并符合相关规范规定。底板每层网片绑扎完后进行自检,确保钢筋排放无误、无偏位、端头符合要求后方可进行下道工序。柱钢筋浇筑混凝土前用内径30、35的PVC套管(周转使用)保护,以防浇筑混凝土污染钢筋。混凝土凝结前取下套管,用抹布在小桶里沾水把钢筋上的混凝土擦干净。安全
9、消防措施施工人员必须进行技术培训,并持证上岗操作。钢筋加工前应先调直再加工,切口端面宜与钢筋轴线垂直,端头弯曲严重的应切去。设备必须有地线连接,设备电源必须有漏电保护装置,设备维修必须由专职人员进行,不得私自进行维修。所有操作及相关设备必须符合相应规范、规程、标准。环保与文明施工措施现场钢筋(包括原材、成品钢筋)按规格、类别摆放整齐并挂标识。为减少对工地周围居民的噪声污染,严禁在晚22:00到次日6:00在现场卸钢筋。堆料场钢筋按计划用塔吊将钢筋运到施工作业面,尽可能减少噪声污染。随时收集加工后的钢筋头,并运到现场设立的废弃物临时贮存地。3 / 4为了促进本公司各项经营活动由事后管理向事前管理
