4、记名式背书空白抬头：在收货人栏不填写具体的收货人 空白背书：又称“无记名背书”、不记载被背书人姓名或商号，仅由背书人在票据背面签名的背书。 8背书人，为没有背书前的收款人。被背书人是背书后的收款人。就是说，背书人将收款的权利让渡给被背书人。 背书是由持票人在汇票背面签上自己的名字，并将汇票交付给受让人的行为。这里的持票人（原收款人）称为背书人，受让人称为被背书人（背书后的收款人）。5.make out 填写，开列Please make out your Sales Contract in three originals.请将你们销售合同按3份正本缮制6.original 1)n. 正本We w
