1、工作汇报制度第一章总则第1条为了规范公司的工作分配及汇报,及时了解公司各项工作情况,掌控各项工作的进展情况,解决工作中出现的各种问题,做到公司员工及时沟通、工作顺利完成,提高公司的工作效率和运营质量,特制定本制度。第2条工作汇报制度的适用范围为本公司所有员工。第3条工作汇报内容的分类包括以下:1、部门工作总结;2、工作计划、执行方案制定;3、工作计划、执行方案实施进度;4、所遇困难分析后说明并提供解决方案;5、非公司相关制度内工作;6、认为需要汇报的情况。第4条工作性汇报是对前一阶段本职位负责的相关工作进行汇报,侧重点为工作的计划程度、进度程度、完成程度;总结性汇报是对前一阶段本职位负责的相关
2、部门进行汇报,侧重点为部门的发展规划、问题解决方案;实时汇报是对突发事件、举报事件等非正常情况下进行的汇报。第二章工作汇报的分类和内容第5条按照直接汇报对象的不同,汇报划分为:1、A级汇报2、B级汇报3、C级汇报4、D级汇报第6条A 级汇报指本公司管理层向本公司董事会、集团公司副总裁级别以上相关领导的汇报工作。按汇报周期分为实时情况汇报、月度工作汇报、季度公司汇报、年度发展汇报。内容框架:a)月度工作汇报1、本月度工作计划情况;2、本月度工作完成情况;3、面临工作困难总结;4、相关问题解决方案;5、下月度工作计划情况。b)季度公司汇报1、本季度公司发展规划;2、本季度公司发展总结;3、问题总结

19、作汇报时间为每周星期五下午;C级月度工作汇报时间为每月最后一个星期五下午;B级每周工作汇报时间为每周一早9 点整;B级月度汇报时间为每月第一个周工作汇报会;B级季度汇报时间为每季度末最后一个星期五下午;A级月度汇报时间为每月度第一个星期一;A级季度汇报时间为每季度起始的第一个星期内;A级年度汇报时间为每年度起始的第一个星期内;集团公司组织的统一汇报,按集团相关会议安排时间进行。第四章其他第13条 相关上级管理人员应负责对工作汇报人员汇报进行批阅,对已在工作中出现的问题要及时纠正,对延迟的工作任务要严加监督,对下属管理人员提出的问题及建议要及时的反馈,加强控制能力。当问题发生时,提供问题追踪的依
