1、桓仁县人民医院疾病预防控制工作总结根据上级卫生计生部门精神,二级以上医院需要成立疾病预防控制部门,医院研究决定成立疾病预防控制科,在上级主管部门的领导下,疾控工作稳步开展,现将20XX 年 6 月20XX 年 5 月疾病预防控制工作总结如下:一、传染性疾病管理1 疫情管理成立传染病疫情管理委员会,明确责任,固定专人负责疫情的收集与报告工作,落实传染病预检分诊制度,实行传染病首诊报告制度。书写门诊日志,要求所有内科及传染科患者均要详细填写门诊日志。共报告法定传染病950 例,其中感染性腹泻502 例,细菌性痢疾 63例,乙型肝炎 27 例,猩红热 17 例,手足口病 44 例,肺结核 61 例,

2、麻疹 168例,腮腺炎 14 例,水痘 14 例,梅毒 40 例。以上病例均已登记报告,并在规定的时限内进行网络直报,疾病控制科设传染病总登记本,并按病种分类登记,登记项目齐全,无漏报,传染病报告率100%。2 督导为认真做好以上传染病疫情管理,疾病预防控制科人员认真进行督导检查,每周对相关科室进行检查,对发现的问题及时提出整改意见。3 培训、宣传积极开展对传染病防治的宣传培训工作,对全体医护人员进行传染病防治法、传染病疫情报告、手足口病和霍乱等肠道传染病、呼吸道相关传染病防治知识培训,培训合格率100%。提高医护人员对疫情报告重要性的认识,达到预期效果。二、开展健康管理、健康促进工作成立规范

3、的居民健康档案,建立健全使用和管理制度,顺利开展各项卫生保健工作,开展疾病管理,全科人员下社区、走单位进行广泛宣传,印制健康宣传材料25 种,20000 余份,内容包括高血压、糖尿病、控烟、艾滋病等健康相关知识。共组织健康教育培训18 次,其中,社区居民健康知识培训13 次,参加人员 589 人,发放宣传资料 793 份,院内健康知识培训并考试5 次,卫生主题日宣传11 次,发放宣传资料 14000余份,以满足全县居民身心健康需求。三、积极开展辖区内预防接种工作免疫接种量 17315人次,新生儿建证 544 人,其中乙肝疫苗接种3394 人次,糖丸 3319 人次,卡介苗 2065人次,百破类

4、 2348 人次,乙脑疫苗 1107人次,流脑类疫苗 1857 人次,麻类疫苗 898 人次,甲肝疫苗 437 人次;进行了各种疫苗补种,麻类疫苗强化接种1346 人次,七苗基础接种率98.8%;完成在校学生及幼儿园的预防接种证查验;入户入园查验预防接种证889 人次;协同卫生相关部门积极开展麻疹强化及脊灰强化接种疫苗工作,努力实现消除麻疹的目标及无脊灰状态;逐门逐户的宣传及发放接种宣传单2000 余张,为适龄儿童强化接种麻疹疫苗、脊灰疫苗约 2100 人次;开展二类疫苗接种工作,满足预防接种需求。为了强化专科知识,提高人员素质,组织科室人文档编码:CB1E10X2A1Q8 HX6O7N3M4

12、执行,认真三查七对,无差错事故发生。做好疑似预防接种异常反应的报告及处理。疫苗严格按照要求储放、运输,建立健全疫苗领发登记出入账目,接种前做好各种消毒并记录,做好健康咨询接种告知等,达到工作严格细致,无漏洞;工作积极努力,赢得社会各界的认可,获得了辽宁省预防接种示范门诊荣誉称号。四、积极开展慢性病防控管理工作制定死因监测各项制度,负责对全院医生进行死因监测知识培训,正确规范填写死亡证明书,填写死亡证明登记本。制定肿瘤登记本,对确诊的肿瘤患者进行登记并进行网络直报。14 年至今年 5 月共上报死亡病例 419 例,肿瘤病例 121 例。做到漏报率小于5%,审核率大于 95%。五、突发公共卫生事件
