1、一、系统总体设计框图图 1 系统总体框图在基于单片机的通用测控系统的设计中,选用了mcs-51 作为系统核心,外围电路中主要使用了 X25045 看门狗芯片、EEPROM 芯片 ATC24C02、MAX232C 串口接口芯片、Intel 8255A 并行口扩展芯片、等等。二、单元电路1、单片机本设计中所选用的单片机型号是mcs-51,围绕单片机构建的单片机最小系统如下图所示。图 2 单片机系统2、看门狗电路对于大型的系统设计,必须考虑系统在运行过程中的“程序跑飞”问题。为防止系统程序跑飞,可在系统中设置看门狗电路。本设计中使用的单片机AT89C52 内部集成了硬件看门狗电路,可以放心省去外部的
2、看门狗电路。内部集成的硬件看门狗电路缺省时为关闭状态,一旦打开就不能关闭,可以单倍速和双倍速反复设置。对于使用的单片机中没有集成内部看门狗电路的设计中,可以选用一些专门的集成的看门狗芯片,这些芯片也可以进行软件编程,使用非常方便。在本设计中,介绍了X25045看门狗芯片的使用方法。图 3 X25045 看门狗电路硬件连接图采用单片机AT89C52 和 X25045 组成的看门狗电路,X25045 硬件连接图如图3 所示。X25045 芯片内包含有一个看门狗定时器,可通过软件预置系统的监控时间。在看门狗定时器预置的时间内若没有总线活动,则X25045 将从 RESET 输出一个高电平信号,经过微

10、位(C2、R3),通过或门综合后加到RESET 端。C2、R3 的时间常数不必太大,有数百微秒即可,因为这时CPU 的振荡器已经在工作。看门狗定时器的预置时间是通过X25045 的状态寄存器的相应位来设定的。如表2所示,X25045 状态寄存器共有6 位有含义,其中WD1、WD0 和看门狗电路有关,其余位和EEPROM 的工作设置有关。表 1 X25045 状态寄存器WD1 0,WD0=0,预置时间为1.4s。WD1 0,WD0=1,预置时间为0.6s。WD1 1,WD0=0,预置时间为0.2s。WD1 1,WD0=1,禁止看门狗工作。看门狗电路的定时时间长短可由具体应用程序的循环周期决定,通
11、常比系统正常工作时最大循环周期的时间略长即可。编程时,可在软件的合适地方加一条喂狗指令,使看门狗的定时时间永远达不到预置时间,系统就不会复位而正常工作。当系统跑飞,用软件陷阱等别的方法无法捕捉回程序时,则看门狗定时时间很快增长到预置时间,迫使系统复位。3、EEPROM 的扩展在测控系统中,通常需要存储大量的数据,这就需要你较大的存储空间,而单片机自带的存储空间有限,所以就需要我们对外部存储空间进行扩展。EEPROM 主要有以下特点:1)、对硬件电路没有特殊要求,无需主用电路,编程简单,早期的EEPROM 芯片是靠外加电压电源进行擦写,现在把升压电路集成在芯片内部,使得擦写操作在+5V 电源下即
12、可完成。2)、采用+5V 电源供电,一般不需要设置单独的擦除操作,在写入的过程中自动擦除。EEPROM 擦写时间较长,约10ms,需要保证有足够的写入时间。现在许多EEPROM 芯片都设有写入结束标志,可供查询或中断使用,为编程提供了方便。3)、EEPROM 有并行总线传输的芯片和串行总线传输的芯片两种。串行的EEPROM 芯片具有体积小、成本低、电路连接简单,占用系统地址线和数据线少的特点。但在数据传送时相对的来说速度较慢。本设计中介绍了EEPROM 芯片 ATC24C02 的扩展,该芯片与单片机的连接示意图如图4示。文档编码:CH6W1A3Y6D10 HQ3S2M8V5M7 ZK7J1A6

20、引脚结构图如图 5 所示。从图中可以看出,MAX485 芯片的结构和引脚都非常简单,内部含有一个驱动器和接收器。RO 和 DI 端分别为接收器的输出和驱动器的输入端,与单片机连接时只需分别与单片机的 RXD 和 TXD 相连即可;/RE 和 DE 端分别为接收和发送的使能端,当/RE 为逻辑 0 时,器件处于接收状态;当 DE 为逻辑 1 时,器件处于发送状态,因为 MAX485 工作在半双工状态,所以只需用单片机的一个管脚控制这两个引脚即可;A端和 B 端分别为接收和发送的差分信号端,当 A 引脚的电平高于 B 时,代表发送的数据为1;当 A 的电平低于 B 端时,代表发送的数据为0。在与单
