1、1 工程简况1.1 工程主要情况本工程位于第八师 149团5小区9、10、11、12#楼,建筑面积为 10738.18平方M,地下一层,地上 4层,基础底标高为-3.1M,层高为 2.8M,建筑总高度地面以上为 14.6M。地基承载力 110KPa。1.2 设计简介0.000 一下为 M10 水泥砂浆砌 MU15 粘土砖,一层及以上为M7.5混合砂浆砌MU10 粘土多孔。地下室外墙为 370mm,一至四层外墙内收 120mm 为240mm。地下室及顶层设置圈梁,高度分别为180mm 和200mm。1.3 工程施工条件1)学习设计图纸,领会设计意图,做好图纸会审。2)做好测量仪器的校验工作,认真

2、做好原有控制桩的交接核验工作。3)组织施工力量,做好施工队伍的编制及其分工,做好进场三级教育和操作培训。4)落实各组室人员,制定相应的管理制度。5)根据预算提出材料供应计划,编制施工使用计划,落实主要材料,并根据施工进度控制计划安排,制定主要材料进场时间计划。6)做施工总平面布置(土建、水、电)报有关部门审批。按现场平面布置要求,做好施工场地围护墙,做好水、电、消防器材的布置和安装。7)按要求做好场区施工道路的路面硬化工作。2 施工准备2.1 技术准备1)砌筑前,应认真熟悉图纸,核实门洞口位置及洞口尺寸,明确预埋、预留位置,算出窗台及过梁顶部标高,熟悉相关构造及材料要求。2)施工前,施工员结合

3、设计图纸及实际情况,向作业队进行砌筑方案的技术交底。3)由实验室出具完整的砌筑砂浆配合比实验报告。2.2 材料要求1)普通粘土实心砖、多孔砖,品种、规格、强度等级必须符合图纸设计要求,规格尺寸应一致,质量等级应符合标准要求。进场时应有出厂合格证并按规定进行复试。2)实心砖规格尺寸:24011553mm,多孔砖规格尺寸:24011590mm。3)水泥;采用32.5 级普通混凝土酸盐水泥,应有出厂质量证明,水泥进场使用前,应分批对强度、安定性进行复检。4)砂;采用中砂,砂含泥量不应超过5%。5)其他材料6 墙体拉结钢筋。门、窗洞口预埋的木砖、混凝土块事先制作,木砖进行防腐处理。门、窗及洞口预制钢筋

4、混凝土过梁,按计划要求专人预制按规格尺寸堆放。2.3 作业条件1)基础砌筑混凝土条型基础已施工完毕,并验收。办理隐蔽验收手续。已设置轴线控制桩,标出建筑物的主要轴线,标出基础及墙身轴线和标高;并弹出基础轴线和边线,办完验收手续。根据皮数杆最下面一层砖的标高,拉线检查混凝土基础表面标高是否合适,如第一层砖的水平灰缝大于20mm 时,应用细石混凝土找平,不得用砂浆或在砂浆中掺细砖处理。2)墙体砌筑砌筑前,基础应经验收合格,基础顶面弹好墙身轴线、墙边线、门窗洞口和柱子的位置线。办完地基基础工程隐蔽手续。文档编码:CT1S1G3E3V6 HO7W9Q8G7C7 ZG7R5N10T5F3文档编码:CT1

12、拌,以保证拌合物均匀。自投料完算起,搅拌时间应符合下列规定:水泥砂浆和水泥混合砂浆不得少于2min;3)砂浆拌成后和使用时,均应盛入贮灰器中。如砂浆出现泌水现象,应在砌筑前再次拌合。4)砂浆应随拌随用,水泥砂浆和水泥混合砂浆应分别在3h 和 4h 内使用完毕。3 施工组织及人员准备1)砌体工程施工前由施工员负责砌体工程的施工任务的划分、人员的安排、现场安全文明管理;2)专职质检员应在施工过程中进行质量旁站监督检查,进行质量验收,对满足质量要求的部位进行标识;3)班组砌筑工人要求中、高级工不少于70。4)施工前组织作业队工长、质量员、工人学习有关的技术措施和质量要点,组织操作人员进行详细的技术交

20、示底层室内地面线标高与设计的底层室内地面标高一致。b 砖浇水湿润,基层表面清理、湿润:在砌筑砖体前应对基层进行清理,将基层上的浮浆、灰尘清扫冲洗干净,并浇水使基层湿润。砖应提前12d 浇水湿润,湿润程度达到水浸润砖体15mm 为宜,含水率为 10%15%。不宜在砌筑时临时浇水,严禁干砖上墙,严禁在砌筑后向砖墙冲水。c 排砖撂底:基础大放脚的撂底尺寸及收退方法必须符合设计图纸规定,如一层一退,里外均应砌丁砖;如二层一退,第一层为条砖,第二层砌丁砖。d 盘角、挂线:砌筑时,可依皮数杆先在转角及交接处砌几皮砖,再在其间拉准线砌中间部分,其中第一皮砖应以基础底宽线为准砌筑。基础挂线:240 墙单面挂线

21、,370 以上墙双面挂线。以方便照顾砖墙两面平整。每层砖都要穿线看平,使水平缝均匀一致,平直通顺。e 砌筑:大放脚部分一般采用一顺一丁砌筑形式。注意十字及丁字接头处的砖块搭接,在这些交接处,纵横基础要隔皮砌通。砖体砌筑必须内外搭砌,上下错缝,灰缝平直,砂浆饱满。砌砖采用“三一”法砌筑,并随手将挤出的砂浆刮去。通过对砖的挤揉使砂浆进入砖竖缝内,并使砂浆粘结饱满,增加砖体间的粘结能力。操作时要经常进行自检,如有偏差,应随时纠正,严禁事后采用撞砖纠正。砖缝宽度:墙体砌筑灰缝应横平竖直、上下错位1/2 砖搭砌。水平灰缝厚度为 812mm,在水平铺灰时,竖缝要添灰堵实,不产生透缝现象。砖墙勾缝:砌体应保

29、物,应随时清除干净。4)构造柱处墙体砌成马牙槎,槎深为60mm,高度不小于 300mm,从底部先退后进,并按要求设置拉结筋。马牙槎边缘对挤揉出来的砂浆应用工具随手清除,防止凸出的砂浆“吃”进构造柱内,根部的落地灰、碎砖块等杂物应及时清除。5)安装管沟和洞口过梁其型号、标高必须正确,底灰饱满;如坐灰超过20mm 厚,用细石混凝土铺垫,两端搭墙长度应一致。4.2 多孔砖墙施工要点1)多孔砖的孔洞应垂直于受压面砌筑。即砌筑时砖的孔洞朝上。砌筑前应试摆,砌体应上下对缝,内外搭砌。宜采用一顺一丁或梅花丁的砌筑形式,上下皮垂直灰缝相互错开1/4 砖长。砌多孔砖采用“三一”砌筑法,竖缝采用刮浆法。2)多孔砖

30、砖墙的砌筑工艺:抄平、放线立皮数杆铺灰砌砖修缝、清理等。3)抄平、放线:为保证建筑物平面尺寸正确及各层标高的正确,砌筑前应认真抄平、放线,各楼层标高引至楼板边缘或墙上,先放出墙轴线,再根据轴线放出砌墙轮廓及门洞口位置。4)砌体施工中做到无皮数杆不施工,皮数杆间距为1520m,转角处均应设立,砌砖前应先对皮数杆进行预检。5)砌筑砂浆采用重量配合比,计量准确,试块按规定留置。砂浆应随伴随用,水泥砂浆和水泥混合砂浆必须在拌成后3h 和 4h 内使用完毕,隔夜砂浆不得使用。6)门洞口的预埋木砖或混凝土预制块等应采用与多孔砖截面一致的规格。多孔砖墙中不够整块多孔砖的部位,应用实心砖来补砌,配砖位于砖墙外

38、粘土砖墙转角处和交接处相应砌法。除设置构造柱的部位外,多孔砖墙的转角处和交接处应同时砌筑,对不能同时砌筑又必须留置的临时间断处,应砌成斜槎。临时间断处的高度差,不得超过一步脚手架的高度。卫生间后砌120 隔墙顶应用立砖斜砌挤紧。9)变形缝两边的墙角应按直角要求砌筑。先砌的墙要把舌头灰刮尽,后砌的墙可采用缩口灰的方法。掉入沉降缝内的砂浆和杂物,应随时清除干净。10)多孔砖墙的灰缝应横平竖直。水平灰缝厚度和垂直灰缝宽度宜为10mm,但不应小于8mm,也不应大于12mm。多孔砖墙灰缝砂浆应饱满。水平灰缝的砂浆饱满度不得低于85%,垂直灰缝宜采用加浆填灌方法,使其砂浆饱满。11)在操作过程中,要认真进

39、行自检,如出现偏差,应随时纠正,严禁事后砸墙。4.3 构造柱施工1)设置构造柱的墙体先砌墙,后浇混凝土。构造柱有外露面。在每层砖墙砌好后,立即支设构造柱模板。构造柱模板采用木胶合板和木方。支设构造柱模板时,采用对拉螺栓式夹具,模板必须与所在墙的两侧严密贴紧,支撑牢靠。为了防止模板与砖墙接缝处漏浆,采用双面胶条粘结。2)在浇灌构造柱混凝土前,必须将砖墙和模板浇水润湿,并将模板内的落地灰、砖渣等杂物清除干净。在砌砖墙时,应在各层构造柱底部(圈梁面上)以及该层二次浇灌段的下端位置,留出2 皮砖的洞眼,以便清除模板内杂物。杂物清除完毕应立即封闭洞眼。3)因采用泵送混凝土,构造柱的混凝土浇灌可以每层一次
