1、学习文档仅供参考厨余垃圾堆肥系统设计方案一、厨余垃圾好氧堆肥工艺流程二、工艺方案介绍1、配料混合阶段:按照堆肥技术要求添加一定的结构性材料及辅料,如甘蔗渣、玉米秸秆等。混合均匀。2、原料的发酵堆肥阶段:本项目采用二次发酵堆肥方式,周期一般用20 天。一次发酵是好氧堆肥的中温与高温两个阶段的微生物代谢过程,具体从发酵开始,经中温、高温然后到达温度开始下降的整个过程,一般需要1012 天,高温阶段持续时间较长。本项目采用现代条垛式堆肥技术,条垛的高度、宽度及形状随原料特性调整。高度取2 4m,高度取 1.5m,长度根据具体场地而定,暂定30m.本项目拟定强制通风,设有鼓风机、鼓风自动控制系统。二次
2、发酵指物料经过一次发酵后,还有一部分易分解和大量难分解的有机物存在,需将其送到二次堆肥厂,堆成12 米高的条堆垛进行二次发酵并腐熟。当温度稳定在40左右时即达腐熟。本方案设有除臭系统。待定3、后处理阶段:腐熟肥料经筛分设备进行选择,符合深加工要求的材料按照要求进行肥料的深加工,具体程序有:破碎、筛分、造粒、烘干冷却、计量包装等。对不符合肥料深加工要求的料进行填埋处理。三、主要的设备秸秆粉碎机一台、混料机一辆,翻抛机(主体设备),装载机一辆 斗容积0.75m3,N=45kW、自动卸料运输车一辆、金属温度计20 只。注:暂时未列肥料深加工阶段设备。厨余垃圾来料配料、混合结构性材料辅料一次堆肥鼓风自
3、控系统除臭系统二次堆肥杂质填埋处理肥料深加工学习文档仅供参考四、堆肥车间设计根据本项目的选址在垃圾填埋厂隔壁,环境要求不高,在满足工艺的基础上选择敞开式仅有顶棚车间结构。敞开式车间结构涉及地面硬化、轻钢结构厂房主体、阳光板结构顶棚等。与一般工业厂房设计相同。1、地基、地面地基设计在满足一般厂房设计的基础上结合敞开式堆肥厂房的特点确定。考虑堆肥堆积的压力、作业机械的压力、影响钢筋混凝土的因素等。地面考虑厨余垃圾渗滤液体的排水,从每个条垛中轴线起设置5坡度,坡向两边。设置排水明沟,具体做法参见图纸。2、屋顶结构屋架使用钢结构,屋面采用阳光板结构;跨度6m,横宽考虑中柱。柱、梁将遭到堆肥发酵产生的化
4、学物质的腐蚀,所有钢构件采用防腐处理。屋顶形状采用人字形屋顶。3、墙体、隔墙的结构采用砖混结构,沿堆肥厂四周砌筑1m高隔墙。五、曝气系统设计参见条垛式强制通风堆肥曝气系统设计。六、堆肥具体实施方案1、堆肥原料的准备厨余垃圾堆肥来料:厨余垃圾经过厨余垃圾降解机降解处理2 小时具体时间待试验验证;厨余垃圾直接堆肥1.2 结构性物质、辅料准备结构性物质、辅料在满足工艺的前提下原则上就地选择廉价物质,如玉米秸秆玉米干秸秆在控制恶臭物质排放及渗滤液产生方面具有显著作用。、甘蔗渣、蘑菇渣透气透水性好、C/N 较高,且不需要再次加工粉碎等,但对于秸秆物质,要破碎至610cm的小段,堆放整齐,待用。文档编码:

12、2 小时+结构性物质、辅料,有搅动、不鼓风条垛堆肥(自然通风。)厨余垃圾降解机出料2 小时+结构性物质、辅料,有搅动、鼓风条垛堆肥(强制通风。)厨余垃圾原料+结构性物质、辅料,有搅动、不鼓风条垛堆肥(自然通风。)厨余垃圾原料+结构性物质、辅料,有搅动、鼓风条垛堆肥(强制通风。)3、堆肥物料的混合调配、堆放堆肥准备工作完成后按照上述4 种方案进行;按照技术要求混合比例充分混合、搅拌。然后将物料输送至指定位置,按照条垛式堆肥要求堆放。采用强制通风堆肥的,在物料堆放前在疏通好的通风孔上面铺放10cm厚度没有切碎的玉米秸秆、卵石等物质,用于保护通风孔不被物料堵死。物料堆放后形成间隔2m且平行的条状堆垛
13、。4、堆肥过程控制采用自然通风条垛式堆肥,每条垛间隔3m插入温度计。人工定期进行温度变化的数据采集。采用强制通风堆肥的条垛开启鼓风自动控制系统。专人负责数据采集、统计、化验等工作。测定PH值、含水率、VS、C/N 值。当堆肥温度有环境温度升至5060并维持一段时间开始下降时,可以对物料进行翻堆搅拌,使物料再次混合后继续进行一次发酵,当温度由低到高再次下降时,一次堆肥完毕。一次堆肥结束后将堆肥半成品进行筛分除杂,别离出废弃物质、结构性物质等。废弃物质运至填埋场填埋,结构性物质送至指定场所风干后备用。筛分出的肥料半成品运至二次堆肥车间进行二次熟化堆肥,过程中取样检测肥料成品质量。5、肥料的深加工肥

30、础上还要有适宜的粒度,以确保通透性。此外一方面要防止供氧不足,使垃圾处理时间过长,同时产生臭气;另一方面也要注意供氧量过量,导致堆体温度下降,反应速度降低,过多地带出臭气,增加运行成本。2、含水率堆肥原料的含水率是影响好氧堆肥效果的关键因素之一,由于水是溶解垃圾中有机物和营养物以及合成微生物细胞质必不可少的物质,并且水分的蒸发散热对堆体温度具有自调节作用,所以堆肥化物料中必须维持一定的含水率厨余垃圾堆肥水分应控制在50%60%之间。3、碳氮比碳氮比的调节主要在配料阶段完成,通过添加秸秆等使碳氮比在25 左右。过高或过低的碳氮比都不利于厨余垃圾的好氧堆肥。4、PH值就厨余垃圾好氧堆肥来说,8 之

39、下,微生物每消耗25g 有机碳,需要吸收1g 氮素,微生物分解有机物较适宜的 C/N 为 25 左右。碳素是堆肥微生物基本的能量来源,氮素用来构建自身体细胞。合理调节堆肥原料中的碳氮比,是加速堆肥腐熟,提高腐殖化系数的有效途径。水分是堆肥制作成功的首要条件。对于绝大多数堆肥混合物,本系统推荐的含水量上限为50%60%。九、堆肥常见问题及解决方法常见问题可能原因其它原因解决方法堆体无法升温原料太干无法从原料中挤出水分加入适量的水分或添加含水率高的物质原料太湿原料含水率高于60%,加入调节物质或添加同类含水率较低的原料。结构不合理原料粒径太小,大颗粒少,通透性不足加入结构性物质或添加大粒度原料进行
