1、最新可编辑 word 文档装配式钢筋混凝土单层工业厂房的结构件有柱、基础梁、吊车梁、连系梁、托架、屋架、天窗架、屋面板、墙板及支撑等。构件的吊装工艺有绑扎、吊升、对位、临时固定、校正、最后固定等工序。在构件吊装之前,必须切实做好和各项准备工作,包括场地清理,道路的修筑,基础的准备,构件的运输、就位、堆放、拼装加固、检查清理、弹线编号以及吊装机具的装备等。6.3.1.1柱的吊装(1)基础的准备柱基施工时,杯底标高一般比设计标高低(通常代5cm),柱在吊装前需对基础杯底标高进行一次调整(或称找平)。调整方法是测出杯底原有标高(小柱测中间一点,大柱测四个角点),再量出柱脚底面至牛腿面的实际长度,计算

2、出杯底标高调整值,并在杯口内标出,然后用 1:2 水泥砂浆或细石混凝土将杯底找平至标志处。例如,测出杯底标高为-1.20m,牛腿面的设计标高是7.80m,而柱脚至牛腿面的实际长度为 8.95m,则杯度标高调整值h(7.801.20)8.950.05m。此外,还要在基础杯口面上弹出建筑的纵、横定位轴线和柱的由装准线,作为柱对位、校正的依据(图6.21)。柱子应在柱身的三个面上弹出吊装准线(图 6.22)。柱的吊装准线应与基础面上所弹的吊装最新可编辑 word 文档准线位置相适应。对矩形截面柱可按几何中线弹吊装准线;对工字形截面柱,为便于观测及避免视差,则应靠柱边弹吊装准线。图 6.21基础的准线

18、侧引出,上端通过卡环或滑轮挂在铁扁担上,柱身成垂直状态,便于插入杯口,就位校正。但由于铁扁担高于柱顶,须用较长的起重臂。此外,当柱较重较长、需采用两点起吊时,也可采用两点斜吊和直吊绑扎法(图 6.25)(3)柱的吊升方法根据柱在吊升过程中的特点,柱的吊升可分为旋转法和滑行法两种。对于重型柱还可采用双机拾吊的方法。旋转法 观看动画 采用旋转法吊柱时(图6.26),柱脚宜近基础,柱的绑扎点、柱脚与基础中心三者宜位于起重机的同一起重半径的圆弧上。在起吊时,起重机的起重臂边升钩、边回转,使柱绕柱脚旋转而成直立状态,然后将柱吊离地面插入杯口(图6.27)。此法要求起重机应具有一定回转半径和机动性,故一般
