10、寒流等对砼造成伤害,现场准备工作包括:(1)、排除现场积水,疏通施工现场内的排水沟,做好排水措施,对现场进行必要的修理、平整;清走杂物垃圾和无用的废料,保证消防道路的畅通。(2)、普查一遍机械设备和临时设施,该保养的保养,该保温的保温,该检修的检修,不用的及时清退出现场。做好施工机械防冻防液的添加。(3)、施工现场水管、阀门井、消防栓、龙头等做好保温。(4)、做好现场养护室的保温工作。(5)、做好职工生活区取暖保温的准备工作。2、施工技术准备工作(1)、根据现场特点编制行之有效的冬期施工方案,选择合理的施工方法,做好冬期施工安全,实现冬期施工现场的文明施工。(2)、组织审定冬期施工方案,并逐级

19、备好彩条布、防火帘、塑料布等作为施工作业面及周边环境的保温。2、外加剂和选用:本工程砼采用商品砼,重点检查商品砼外加剂的资质证明及检查报告等文件。砼防冻剂生产厂家必须具备有关部门批准的生产资格,材料应由当年的检查报告和合格证明。五、施工方法1、砼结构工程(1)、砼结构过程施工采用蓄热法养护,本工程冬期使用的砼采用商品砼,根据本工程特点,不得使用氯盐类防冻剂,宜采用引气剂或引气减水剂,并通知搅拌站提前进行外加剂选择和复试工作。(2)、防冻剂的选用:1、在日最低气温为0-5,砼采用塑料布和保温材料覆盖养护时,可采用早强剂或早强水剂;2在日最低气温为-5-10采用上款保温措施时,宜分别采用规定温度为

27、优先选用硅酸盐水泥和普通硅酸盐水泥,水泥标号不应低于今 42.5,最小水泥用量不应少于300KG/m3,水灰比不应大于0.6水:水泥(包括外掺混合料),并严格控制砼坍落度。为避免达到坑冻临界强度前受冻破坏,要求砼经运输到达现场温度不低于15,经泵送入模后温度不低于10,因此应会合搅拌站以研究采用可行的运输路线,并应有多种方案配合,以防因出现交通堵塞或者恶劣天气而中断砼和供应。砼运输过程中为防止热量损失过快,应对砼罐体采取保温措施。(4)、砼浇筑:砼在浇筑前应清除模板和钢筋上的冰霜,雪和污垢。砼送至浇筑部位后,应采取快布料、快振捣、及时覆盖保温,覆盖应均匀,尤其是边角、接茬部位要严密、压实、覆盖
28、完毕,设专人认真检查,遇有大风天气,留专人值班多次检查保温、覆盖情况,如有被风掀起时及时恢复压牢。楼板砼浇筑完后应用木抺搓压表面2-3 遍,最后一遍抺压要掌握好时间以终凝前为准,可用手按压法控制,然后再进行覆盖保温养护。(5)、砼保温养护措施:1、保温层在砼强度达到要求临界强度(4MPa)并已冷却到 5后方可拆除,拆模时砼温度与环境温差大于20时,拆模后的砼表面应及时覆盖保温,使其缓慢冷却,以防止温差过大引起的收宿裂纹。2、板保温:楼板支模均采用多层胶板板底模(厚度18mm),其保温性能比较好,砼表面采用一层塑料薄膜加阻燃草帘被保温。顶板砼|精.|品.|可.|编.|辑.|学.|习.|资.|料.
