1、电工电子实习目的与意义1/13 电工电子实习目的与意义编号:_ 学校:_ 教师:_ _年_月_日(此文内容仅供参考,可自行修改)一、实习目的1、目的和意义实习是培养学生操作技能的重要环节,而技能的形式是通过观察、实践和反复练习实现的。以实习实例激发兴趣,讲电的应用时,可以突出模电、信号与系统知识的具体应用,使教学贴近生产和生活。通过这样的实习,使学生产生好奇心,凝聚学生的注意力,以保持兴趣。通过protel软件的学习,提高学生电路分析能力,增强独立工作,独立思考的能力。同时在讨论,培养了学生的团结协作能力。2、发展情况及实习要求广州大学电工电子实习心发展情况:XX 年以来,学校正式启动了实验教
2、学课程体系的建设,实验心也建设了电工电子实验教学课程平台体系,配套进行了实验教研团队的建设。使我校实验教学改革工作得以蓬勃开展。精品w o r d 学习资料 可编辑资料-精心整理-欢迎下载-第 1 页,共 13 页电工电子实习目的与意义2/13 我们注重科研活动的开展。老师和实验技术人员均积极参与科学研究和实验教学研究,并取得不少成绩。学生科研也得到重视。通过开放实验室为学生科研和电子制作提供条件。自XX 年以来,教务处以电工电子实验室(实验心的前身)为依托建设了电子信息技术创新基地,学生在这里得到进一步培训。从XX年到 XX年,学生参加全国大学生电子设计竞赛、实验大赛、挑战杯等竞赛活动,获得
3、省一、二、三等奖多项。同时还培养了学生的创新、创业精神和实践能力。实习要求:在实习过程,以及今后的专业知识学习过程以工程人员应具备的基本素质为要求来锻炼自己。在每天的实习结束后,认真检查自己,看自己达到多少要求,还有什么不足,了解以后应该如何加强。二、实习内容实习项目一:安全用电违章用电常常可能造成人身伤亡,火灾,损坏仪器设备等严重事故。实验室使用电器较多,特别要注意安全用电。1、触电类型1)两相触电。2)单相触电。3)“跨步电压触电”,因电势差在人体形成电流而触电。2、造成触电的主要因素1)触电电流的大小。2)触电时间的长短。3)电流种类。4)电流途径。5)人体电阻。3、防止触电的措施精品w

11、再拆线路。5)修理或安装电器时,应先切断电源。6)不能用试电笔去试高压电。使用高压电源应有专门的防护措施。7)如有人触电,应迅速切断电源,然后进行抢救。8)测量绝缘电阻可用兆欧表。9)在需要带电操作的低电压电路实验时用单手比双手操作安全10)电动工具上标有“回”表示双重绝缘。11)实验室内的明、暗插座距地面的高度一般不低于0.3 米4、防止引起火灾1)使用的保险丝要与实验室允许的用电量相符。2)电线的安全通电量应大于用电功率。3)室内若有易燃易爆气体,应避免产生电火花。继电器工作和开关电闸时,易产生电火花,要特别小心。电器接触点(如电插头)接触不良时,应及时修理或更换。精品w o r d 学习

19、固,电路元件两端接头不要互相结触,以防短路。2)电线、电器不要被水淋湿或浸在导电液体。3)三相电闸闭合后或三相空气开关闭合后,由于缺相会导致三相电机嗡嗡响、不转或转速很慢。4)实验时,电源变压器付边输出被短路,会出现电源变压器有异味;电源变压器冒烟;电源变压器发热现象,直至烧毁。实习项目二:常用电子仪器使用(一)主要学习常用的电工电子工具的用途、规格及使用注意事项。熟悉和掌握常用电工电子用具的结构、性能、使用方法和操作规范,将有利于我们提高工作效率和产品质量乃至保障人身安全。1、螺丝刀螺丝刀,是用来拆卸和装配螺钉必不可少的工具。2、钳子1)尖嘴钳:适用于狭小的工作空间或带电操作低压电气设备,也
