1、小学语文新课程标准学习心得体会与中小学教师职业道德规范学习心得合集中小学教师职业道德规范学习心得著名的教育家陶行知先生曾说过:“学高为师,德高为范。”作为一名教学一线的教师,我们不仅要具有广博的知识,更要有高尚的道德。教师该如何培养崇高的职业道德呢?20XX年,教育部出台了新修订的中小学教师职业道德规范,明确提出“爱国守法,爱岗敬业、关爱学生、教书育人、为人师表、终身学习”六点要求,这表明了党和政府对教师的高度重视,社会对教师的高度关注。通过对中小学教师职业道德规范的学习,我深深地体会到以下几点:一、爱岗敬业。首先,要热爱教育事业,要对教学工作有“鞠躬尽瘁”的决心。既然我们选择了教育事业,就要

2、对自己的选择无怨无悔,不计名利,积极进取,开拓创新,无私奉献,要力求干好自己的本职工作,尽职尽责地完成每一项教学工作,不求最好,但求更好,不断的挑战自己,超越自己。二、关爱学生。爱心是师德素养的重要表现。崇高的师爱表现在对学生一视同仁,绝不厚此薄彼,按成绩区别对待。要做到“三心俱到”,即“爱心、耐心、细心,”无论在生活上还是学习上,时时刻刻关爱学生,特别对那些学习特困生,更是要“特别的爱给特别的你”,切忌易怒易暴,言行过激,对学生要有耐心,对学生细微之处的好的改变也要善于发现,发现他们的“闪光点”,并且多加鼓励,培养学生健康的人格,树立学生学习的自信心,注重培养他们的学习兴趣。三、教书育人。孜

27、用的。我们看到有些语文教师却对“读”束之高阁,在阅读教学中去搞新花样。教师纯粹“为讲而讲”,学生纯粹“为学而学”,“方法”看似灵活多样,课堂也颇显热闹,可学生学完一段时间后实质却知之甚少,遗忘很快。正如走马观花式的旅游仅是“到此一游”而已。有位教师在执教一篇游记时,为了激发学生的学习兴趣,教师采用小导游的方式让学生先小组合作学习,然后集体交流,抽学生轮流上台用自己的语言向同学们介绍景点的特点。利用先进的教学媒体,在教学时向学生展示了一幅幅形象直观的画面图,犹如身临其境,美不胜收,接着又让学生介绍课前收集的相关信息。整堂课内容充实,模式新颖,学生饶有兴趣,也学了很多。表面上学生收获不少,但是由于
