1、20XX年州地税局教育培训工作总结州地税局 20XX年教育培训工作总结州直地税系统20XX年教育培训工作按照自治区地税局干部教育培训的有关要求,按照建设学习型机关和大规模培训干部、大幅度提高干部素质的要求,坚持专业化人才与复合型人才、高层次人才与基层业务骨干一起抓,切实加强干部教育培训工作,增强教育培训的针对性、时效性。突出抓好骨干专业化人才培训。加强税收管理员、稽查人员等财务知识和实务案例培训,完善培训与使用相结合的激励机制。结合州直系统教育培训工作实际和培训需求,大力开展全员培训、全员考试和岗位技能练兵比武活动,认真学习贯彻党的十七届五中、六中全会精神、自治区第八次党代会精神,以科学发展观

2、为统领,以“热爱伟大祖国、建设美好家园”主题教育活动为契机,以创先争优活动、创建学习型机关为抓手,全面提升干部职工队伍素质和能力,狠抓了干部职工的教育培训工作,为全面完成税收任务,顺利开展各项工作奠定了坚实的基大力开展络培训和学习型税务机关建设,有效提高了基层一线干部的综合素质和岗位胜任能力。20XX年共派 109 名干部参加总局、区局各类培训班24 期,全系统共举办了各类培训班34 期,共培训1137 人次;州局举办各类培训4 期,共培训129 人次。1、贯彻落实学习型党组织活动,深入开展理想信念和党性修养教育。整理、下发20XX年领导干部应知应会知识,将知识点划分为党政领导篇、税务系统篇、

3、时事政治篇。要求领导干部了解掌握,并运用于指导工作。使领导干部的政治素养、理论水平和执政能力进一步提升。2、为贯彻区局提出的“分层次、分类别培训”的原则导向,委托伊犁州财校对州直地税系统50 名中级税收管理员进行了为期一个月的培训。在培训中,我们制定严格的培训管理办法,实行封闭式管理。指定专人跟班负责,在学员中选拔出责任心强,有一定组织能力的同志组成班委,培训结束进行了严格的考试。培训除了设置专业课程外,还设置了廉政准则,民族团结的教学内容。结合建党90 周年,对学员进行了红色教育活动。此次培训取得了良好的学习效果,得到了校方的高度评价。文档编码:CH6V4M3V4D3 HR2T1M4A8A2

10、 ZV3F9C5G7K6文档编码:CH6V4M3V4D3 HR2T1M4A8A2 ZV3F9C5G7K6文档编码:CH6V4M3V4D3 HR2T1M4A8A2 ZV3F9C5G7K6 3、征管、计财、信息等部门根据深化征管质量评价体系及征管软件升级等工作的需要,依托信息载体,积极利用络学习平台及远程视频开展了多期专业培训,很好地提高了干部的专业操作技能。4、针对基层文秘业务素质参差不齐的现状,我局采取“跟班代训”的方式,组织基层局文秘人员到州局办公室参加实践培训,以提升州直地税系统文秘人员业务素质和政务处理能力。开展了首届络知识培训,对州直络管理员进行了专业化的培训。5、在加强内部培训的同时

18、R2T1M4A8A2 ZV3F9C5G7K6面:1、培训计划缺乏连续性和系统性。没有站在税务人才建设和人力资源合理利用的高度,对干部开展有计划有步骤的培训。2、培训方式较为单一。教育培训多是以短训班、以会代训的方式为主,短则一天半天,长则二至三天,并且多以填鸭式、模式化教育为主。3、培训内容缺乏针对性。除了新政策法规的颁布和操作流程的实施有明确的要求外,其它各种培训的内容仍停留在一般性税务知识上,没有围绕工作难点确定培训内容。4、培训机制缺乏培训前科学的需求分析和培训后的效果评估。教育培训与实际结合不够紧密,培训对象的层次性体现不够。20XX年我局在教育培训工作中,重点要抓以下几方面工作:一是
