1、保洁公司年度工作总结下面小编整理的保洁公司年度工作总结,欢迎阅读!保洁公司年度工作总结我自 xx 年 x 月份进入*公司,到现在已有*年的时间,主要负责商场卖区的保洁主管工作,像招聘人员,人才管理、培训,沟通关系等很多工作几乎是从零开始学起。在公司领导的精心指导和大力帮助领导下,按照我司的工作要求,经过各辖区员工的共同努力,兢兢业业,以“商场之家当我家”的心态保质保量顺利的完成了一系列的保洁服务工作,在此对过去的一年做以工作心得总结。总结经验和教训,找出不足,为下一年的工作打好基础。一、xx 年工作总结 1、以因地制宜,分清工作重点。在工作中,通过一年的培训及沟通,使保洁员详细了解各楼层的基本

2、情况,掌握清洁的重点。大厅和卫生间是工作人员出入最频繁的地方,也是最易脏的地方,清洁的重点放在大厅和卫生间。特别是卫生间的便池、死角,做到便池无污物,卫生间干净无异味;地面光洁、无尘、无脚印;墙面无污渍。2、恪尽职守,遵守规章制度。对于工作中,只要严格按工作流程进行工作,正确合理的使用保洁工具和清洁用品,就能保证工具使用的长期性。在纪律方面,对保洁人员加强思想作风建设,常检查,常监督,做到严格按奖惩制度办事,表现好的奖励,差的进行批评。形成激励机制,使保洁工作形成良心循环。3、统筹协调,注重协调配合。对于工作中出现的维修现象,我们做到了积极配合维修人员,发现跑冒滴漏现象及时上报公司及维修人员,

3、以便及时处理,以免造成大的损失,并做好维修后的保洁工作。使我们都有一种集体意识,积极为企业做贡献,维护好公司形象。4、亲力亲为,注重团队合作。要在工作中及生活中,要用自己的亲和力团结每一位员工,能与保洁员工打成一片,在对她们严格要求的同时,充分调动员工的工作积极性、主动性,就能使使员工端正服务态度,对工作尽职尽责,不怕脏、不怕累,及时与他们做好沟通,做到生活上多关心她们,有困难及时帮助她们,解决她们的后顾之忧,使其专心工作。5、节能减材,减轻企业负担。对于工作8 年的企业,早已经有当家的感觉,在工作中,本着节约从简的心态,兢兢业业,努力付出,提高保洁工具的使用效率,保证清洁卫生达标。在2014

28、特点和要求,调整了工作标准,在不增加人员的状况下,基本满足了保洁的运行要求。二;培训对新入职保洁人员进行了清洁理论培训并针对不一样岗位进行实际操作培训,使保洁员掌握保洁工作知识,到达公司保洁工作的基本要求。在对保洁员进行保洁工作手册培训的前提下,结合工作中的实际状况着重了以下培训:现场工作要求,清洁程序,作装,仪容仪表。加强了员工考核制度的培训,创优和有关贯标知识的培训,建立了员工工作的职责心,目前员工已经能够努力工作并按规定标准完成,但在遵守工作纪律,行为举止等细节方面还需监督管理,下一步将加强这方面培训并使之成为习惯。经过不断的培训与磨合,保洁员工已适应现有管理摸式和工作程序,人员基本稳定
