10、,根据劳动合同期限的长短,试用期为1 至 6 个月:合同期限三个月以上不满一年的,试用期不超过一个月;合同期限满一年不满三年的,试用期不超过二个月;合同期限满三年以上的,试用期不超过六个月。试用期包括在劳动合同期限中,并算作本公司的工作年限。8、劳动合同管理(1)公司招用员工实行劳动合同制度,自员工入职之日起即订劳动合同,劳动合同由双方各执一份。员工领取劳动合同时应当签收。(2)劳动合同统一使用劳动局印制的劳动合同文本,劳动合同必须经员工本人签字、公司加盖公章方能生效。(3)劳动合同自双方签字盖章时成立并生效;劳动合同对合同生效时间或条件另有约定的,从其约定。(4)劳动合同内容具体以最终签订的

18、门审查后实施。二、考勤1、所有专职员工必须严格遵守公司考勤制度,上下班亲自打卡(午休不打卡),不得代替他人打卡。2、迟到、早退、旷工(1)迟到或早退30 分钟以内者,每次扣发薪金10 元。30 分钟以上1 小时以内者,每次扣发薪金20 元。超过 1 小时以上者必须提前办理请假手续,否则按旷工处理。(2)忘打卡者须经部门主管签字认可,否则视为旷工,每月不超过一次,第二次扣款5 元,第三次扣款10 元,超过三次的每增加一次扣款 20 元。(3)以下情况视为旷工:1)请假未经批准擅自离岗的,未按请假流程请假或假满后未经批准擅自不到岗的;旷工时间以 0.5 天为计算单位,每次不足3 个小时的计为0.5
