1、1 几种装置气密性的检查在实验室里制取氧气、氢气、二氧化碳等气体时都必须检查装置的气密性是否完好,只有装置不漏气时才能使用。实验装置的不同,所采取的方法可能不同,现列举出一些不同装置,谈谈它们气密性检查的方法。情况一:空气热胀冷缩法,如下图所示装置解析要检查装置是否漏气,应先把导气管的一端浸入烧杯或水槽的水中,用手紧握试管或用手掌紧贴烧瓶的外壁。(如果装置不漏气,试管或烧瓶里的空气受热膨胀,)若导管口就有气泡冒出。把手移开,冷却后,(水就从烧杯或水槽中升到导气管里,)导管内有一段水柱流入,则表明装置气密性良好。如果发现装置漏气,必须找出漏气的原因,并进行调整、修理或更换零件。再次检验,直至装置
2、不漏气时才能进行实验。方法把导气管的一端浸入烧杯或水槽的水中,用手紧握试管或用手掌紧贴烧瓶的外壁。若导管口就有气泡冒出。把手移开,冷却后,导管内有一段水柱流入,则表明装置气密性良好。2 情况二:带长颈漏斗装置气密性的检查解析因为只要装置不漏气,原来存在于锥形瓶中的空气就不可能消失,始终具有一定的气压,导致所加入的水不能不停地进入瓶中,所以,一会儿,长颈漏斗中的液面将不再下降。我们可以采用推拉注射器活塞的方法。方法在右侧橡胶管上夹紧弹簧夹,向长颈漏斗内注水,水会在漏斗颈内形成一段稳定的水柱,长时间不下降,(即长左面漏斗颈内水面和锥形瓶内的水面会有高度差一段时间内不变)表明装置气密性良好。情况三:
