2、砼 箱梁:2*(4*40)+2*(3*40)+4*(3*30)+2*(4*30)+(3*40)+30m;下部构造为圆柱式桥墩,桥台为桩接盖梁桥台,桩基础。全桥共有桥墩54 个。K15+054、00 李砭村特大桥(右线):起点桩号为 K14+400,终点桩号 为K15+708,桥 梁 全长1308、0m,上 部 结 构采 用 预 应 力砼 箱梁:(4*40)+3*(3*40)+6*(3*30)+2*(3*40)m;下部构造为圆柱式桥墩,桥台为桩接盖梁桥台,桩基础。全桥共有全桥共有桥墩 72 个。2、ZK13+220、00 罗庄大桥(左线):起点桩号为 ZK13+155,终点桩号为 ZK13+28

27、验收,分别堆存,不得混杂,并设立标识牌;钢筋进场时要检查就是否有出厂质量证明书与试验报告单,进场后的原材钢筋及时抽取试件做力学性能试验,试验合格后方可使用。(2)钢筋下料钢筋按设计长度进行下料加工,下料前认真审核每一型号钢筋长度、规格等。级钢筋采用钢筋切割机下料,主筋接长采用双面搭接焊。级钢筋采用卷扬机冷拉调直后下料。(3)墩柱钢筋绑扎从钢筋加工厂将加工好的成品钢筋骨架运至施工现场,与桩基钢筋进行单面搭接焊。接焊墩柱钢筋前首先采用全站仪或经纬仪精确放出墩柱中心,按墩柱中心在接桩桩顶以上0、10、2m定位一道墩柱加劲箍筋,加劲箍筋上焊十字筋做支撑,加劲箍筋位置要准确,并调整加劲箍中心与墩柱中心重

35、,其搭接部分采用单面焊焊接牢固,保证焊缝饱满、平整、无明显坑凹。墩柱钢筋伸入墩台帽部分暂不做成折线,待墩柱浇筑完成后弯到设计位置。采用锤球或经纬仪随时检查墩柱钢筋骨架垂直度。(4)钢筋骨架保护层设置钢筋骨架保护层采用满足设计要求的塑料垫块,用 20#扎丝绑在墩柱钢筋骨架的主筋上,塑料垫块厚度与净保护层的数值相等。采用塑料垫块的目的就是为了防止拆模后砼表面存有垫块痕迹,影响砼外观质量。2、2、墩柱模板施工工艺(1)模板制作墩身模板采用在模板厂制作的定型模板,制作时应该保证其整体直度及几何形状。钢模节片之间采用企口工艺,使用定位销钉定位,螺栓联接,节间隙用腻子抹平,以防砼施工时漏浆,保证接缝的错台

36、 1mm。模板前涂刷脱模剂,脱模剂选用优质齿轮油,脱模剂要统一,涂刷要均匀,形成薄膜。支立模板时采用整体组拼法,整体组拼后的模板用汽车起重机吊装就位,并用经纬仪调整横、纵方向及垂直度,用缆风绳锁定模板,保证砼施工时无扰动。(2)墩柱模板安装墩柱钢筋绑扎完成后,精确放出模板位置线,并在桩顶采用墨线弹出检查线,按已放好的模板位置线进行支立模板,为防止浇筑墩柱砼时模板移位,浇筑接桩砼时在桩顶垂直的两个方向适当位置预埋四根直径25mm 钢筋,墩柱立模时在预埋钢筋及模板间采用方木塞紧防止墩柱模板底部位移。墩柱模板顶部四角采用风缆或 8 钢筋配紧线扣进行加固。模板安装根据墩身高度分节在场地内拼装成型,待钢

44、可拆除墩柱模板。砼强度达到 30%前不得使其承受行人运输工具、模板、支架等荷载。大面积模板拆模时模板与砼面接触面积大,附着力大,为防止拆模时发生粘模现象,采用在模板边角小面积橇起,使空气进入模板与砼面之间,减小模板与砼之间的真空压力。2、3、墩柱砼浇筑施工工艺(1)墩柱砼浇筑施工墩柱砼采用拌与站统一拌制,砼输送车送至现场。墩柱砼浇筑前,依据规范与施工图纸要求按工序进行检查,重点检查以下几项:a、检查模板支撑就是否牢固;b、模板接缝拼接就是否漏浆;c、钢筋间距、位置及保护层;d、模板内有无杂物;e、模板接缝、错台、模板垂直度就是否满足规范要求;f、检查振捣人员分工定位情况,并经自检合格报请驻地监
