1、一、编制依据1、本公司制定并实施地符合GB/T19001-ISO9001(2000)标准地质量体系文件;2、LED 大型户外全彩色显示屏国家及行业规程规范和质量标准.二、工程简况1.1 系统简介:1.1.1LED 显示系统屏体:包括显示单元、结构单元、低压电源、屏体钢结构架、钢结构与屏体地外装饰、信号电缆等其它必备地配套设备.1.1.2 控制系统设备:包括中控计算机、专业控制卡、网卡、通讯电缆、UPS 电源等.1.1.3 软件:包括 Windowsxp中文版、大屏幕显示系统专用应用软件、其它相关应用软件等.1.1.4 系统功能:LED 电子大屏幕显示系统是一个集计算机网络技术、多媒体控制技术和

2、超大规模集成电路综合应用技术于一体地大型地电子信息显示系统.1.1.4.2 计算机信息播出方式LED 电子大屏幕实现点对点控制,支持以下功能:A.图文特技显示功能B.显示各种计算机信息C.播出系统配有多媒体软件D.有多种中文字体和字型可供选择E.有多种播出方式F.主要时事新闻地编辑与播放G.时钟显示H.广告信息地播放等;1.1.4.3LED电子大屏幕其他功能A.配有标准网络接口B.可采集播出各数据库实时数据,实现远程网络控制.C.通过网络系统可以进入Internet 网.D.手动或自动无极调整屏幕亮度1.1.5 质量要求:LED显示屏系统工程要求达到国家和行业相关规范标准和要求;1.2 采用地

3、标准与规范:1、LED 显示屏质量必须满足SJ-T11141-2003 LED显示屏通用技术规范及其他相关国家规范地要求;2、计算机软件配置管理计划规范(中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T 12505-1990);3、建 筑 物 防 雷 设 计 规 范 中 华 人 民 共 和 国 国 家 标 准GB50074-94;4、电 气 装 置 安 装 工 程电 缆 线 路 施 工 及 验 收 规 范(GB50168-92 GBJ232-90.92);5、民用建筑电气设计规范(JCJ/T16-92).3、工程特点3.1 质量高:该系统具有高可靠性、可维护性等特点,显示屏连续工作时间均大于 24 小时,屏幕寿

28、1.2金属套管入库外观检查:壁厚均匀、无折扁、裂缝、砂眼、塌陷及严重腐蚀等缺陷.1.2 金属套管暗敷设:1.2.1 金属套管暗敷设应按图布置,宜沿最近路线敷设,并减少弯曲.1.2.2钢管地弯曲半径不小于6D.埋设在地下时,弯曲半径不小于10D.弯扁度不大于管外径地1/10.1.2.3 金属套管截取后断口处平齐不歪斜,管口光滑无毛刺.钢管煨制后弯曲处无折皱、凹凸和裂缝等缺陷.1.2.4管口入箱盒时,管口露出箱盒小于5mm,锁紧螺母连接露丝24 扣,进入箱盒管长短一致、间距均匀、排列整齐.1.2.5 金属套管穿过伸缩缝时,在伸缩缝两侧各预埋一个接线箱,把管地一端固定在接线箱上,另一侧接线箱底部地垂

36、3 电气管路明敷设1.3.1明配金属套管弯曲半径一般不小于6D,如只有一个弯时,可不小于 4D.1.3.2 找出各电气设备位置,找出箱、盒地具体位置做好预检,把管路地垂直、水平走向弹线确定固定点间距,固定点距离应均匀,管卡与终端、转弯中点、电气器具或接线盒边缘距离为150500mm.1.3.3 管路敷设:1.3.4 水平或垂直敷设明配管允许偏差值,管路在 2m 内时,偏差为3mm,全长不应超过1/2 管内径.1.3.5管路连接:管之间连接应用通丝管箍连接.套丝不得有乱扣现象,上好管箍后,管口应对严,外露丝不多于2-3 扣.管口光滑平整,接头牢固紧密.DN80mm以上可采用坡口焊接法.所有管路应

45、托臂地连接螺栓必须紧固可靠,不得有松动现象,托盘应连接紧密、牢固、平直.2.2 托盘转角应圆滑过度,并保证电缆弯曲半径符合规范要求.2.2.1 安装过程中不得损坏防腐涂层,保护接地线连接应紧密,保证有良好地电气连接.2.2.2 托盘超过30m 时要设伸缩节,其连接采用伸缩连接板,托盘在跨越建筑物伸缩缝处也要设置伸缩缝.3 设备安装3.1 基础型钢制作、安装:3.1.1 基础型钢制作:调直型钢.用二锤将型钢有弯曲部分调直,用粉线拉线方式检查;然后按图纸要求预制加工基础型钢架,并刷好防锈漆.3.1.2 基础型钢安装:按规定位置,将预制好地基础型钢架放在预留铁件上,水准仪或水平找平、找正.找平过程中
