13、.后来自己摸索,时间长了,加上别人告诉的经验,也就不觉得紧张.第一条规则是要准时.如果有紧急的事情,或者遇到了交通阻塞,立刻通知你要见的人.如果打不了电话,请别人替你通知一下.如果是对方要晚点到,你要充分利用剩余的时间.例如坐在一个离约会地点不远的地方,整理一下文件,或问一问接待员是否可以利用接待室休息一下.当你到达时,告诉接待员或助理你的名字和约见的时间,递上您的名片以便助理能通知对方.如果助理没有主动帮你脱下外套,你可以问一下放在哪里.在等待时要安静,不要通过谈话来消磨时间,这样会打扰别人工作.尽管你已经等了 20 分钟,也不要不耐烦地总看手表,可以问助理他的精品w o r d 学习资料

30、时要温文尔雅,不要恶语伤人,讽刺谩骂,高声辩论,纠缠不休.在这种情况下即使占了上风,也是得不偿失的.四、话题适宜谈话时要注意自己的气量.当选择的话题过于专,或不被众人感兴趣,或对自己的宠物阿猫、阿狗介绍得过多了的时候,听者如面露厌倦之意,应立即止住,而不宜我行我素,当有人出面反驳自己时,不要恼羞成怒,而应心平气和地与之讨论.发现对方有意寻衅滋事时,则可对之不予理睬.不论生人熟人,如一起相聚,都要尽可能谈上几句话.遇到有人想同自己谈话,可主动与之交谈.如谈话中一度冷场,应设法使谈话继续下去.在谈话过程中因故急需退场,应向在场者说明原因,并致歉意,不要一走了之.谈话中的目光与体态是颇有门道的.谈话

39、对方.人家说明天可能下雨,他偏说那也未必,人家谈起红高粱确实是部出色的影片,他却说这部影片糟糕透了等,都是太浅薄的表现.在聆听中积极反馈是必要的,适时地点头、微笑或简单重复一下对方谈话的要点,是令双方都感到愉快的事情,适当地赞美也是需要的.参加他人正在进行的谈话,应征得同意,不要悄悄地凑上前去旁听.有事要找正在谈话的人,也应立于一旁,当他谈完之后再去找他.若在场之人欢迎自己参加谈话,则不必推辞.在谈话中不应当做永远的听众,一言不发与自吹自擂都同样是走极端,同样会令众人扫兴.六、以礼待人谈话不必刻意追求“语不惊人死不休”的轰动效应,以礼待人,善解人意才是最重要的.一个人在谈话中,如果对待上级或下

48、学识,词语雅致,是言语有教养的表现.尊重和谅解别人,是有教养的人的重要表现.尊重别人符合道德和法规的私生活、衣着、摆设、爱好,在别人的确有了缺点时委婉而善意地指出.谅解别人就是在别人不讲礼貌时要视情况加以处理.第四是有学识.在高度文明的社会里,必然十分重视知识,十分尊重人才.富有学识的人将会受到社会和他人的敬重,而无知无识、不学无术的浅鄙的人将会受到社会和他人的鄙视.“四避”:第一是避隐私.隐私就是不可公开或不必公开的某些情况,有些是缺陷,有些是秘密.在高度文明的社会中,隐私除少数必须知道的有关人员应当知道外,不必让一般人员知道.因此,在言语交际中避谈避问隐私,是有礼貌的重要方面.欧美人一般不

49、询问对方的年龄、职业、婚姻、收入之类,否则会被认为是十分不礼貌的.第二是避浅薄.浅薄,是指不懂装懂,“教诲别人”或讲外行话,或者言不及义,言不及知识,只知柴米油盐,鸡猪猫狗,张长李短,男婚女嫁.言辞单调,词汇贫乏,语句不通,白字常吐.如果浅薄者相遇,还不觉浅薄,但有教养、有知识的人听他们谈话,则无疑感到不快.社会、自然是知识的海洋,我们每个人都不可能做万能博士或百事通.我们应当学有专攻又知识渊博,但总有不如他人之处,总有不懂某种知识之处,要谦虚谨慎,不可妄发议论.第三是避粗鄙.粗鄙指言语粗野,甚至污秽,满口粗话、丑话、脏话,上溯祖宗、旁及姐妹、下连子孙、遍及两性,不堪入耳.言语粗鄙是最无礼貌的
