1、第一章总则第一条目的为了加强企业管理,教育员工遵守职业道德以及公司各项规章制度,维护正常工作程序的良好运行及保障,形成良好的奖惩机制,制定本制度。第二条原则(一)公开、公平、公正原则。(二)有章可依、有章必依、违章必罚的原则。(三)赏罚有度原则。有奖有惩,奖惩严明,赏罚有度。(四)奖惩及时的原则。(五)教育为主,惩罚为辅的原则。第三条适用范围本制度适用于公司全体员工。第四条执行与监督本制度由人事行政部负责贯彻并监督实施情况。原则上应由员工直接上级负责其所属员工的奖惩管理,根据制度规定奖罚,报人事部门备案与财务部门执行,特殊情况上报总经理批准。第二章奖惩分类(一)行政类:行政奖惩:通报嘉奖、记功
2、、晋升。行政处罚:通报批评、记过、降级、解除劳动合同。(二)经济类:经济奖惩:奖金、奖品和旅游度假、考察奖励。(三)总经理特别奖:总经理特别奖指对员工在专项事件优异所进行的专项奖励,包括年度优秀员工奖、伯乐奖、金点子奖、特别贡献奖等。(四)奖惩累计:惩罚:3 次通报批评为 1 次记过,3 次记过公司与其解除劳动合同。奖励:3 次通报表扬为 1 次记功,3 次记功公司一性奖励300 元。凡处分期间有立功表现的员工,公司将依照功过相抵的原则酌情予以撤销处分的处理。第三章惩罚措施(一)、行为规范类:1.着装仪表:2.办公环境:类别行为惩罚措施行政处惩经济处惩备准晚上下班后未关闭电脑(包括显示器)/罚

27、任务,无正当理由未按期完成者。(八)出现属罚款处罚情形经处理再犯者。(九)其他可以给予书面警告处罚的情形。第十五条员工有下列情形之一者,给予记过处罚:(一)因玩忽职守造成公司轻微损失者。(六)隐瞒相关信息、资料或事故,未造成重大损失者。(七)因工作过失导致顾客投诉,给公司造成一定影响者。(二)员工宣扬自身不良情绪,经劝告不悔改者。(八)对事故负有操作或监管责任者。(九)出现属于书面警告处罚情形经处理再犯者。(十)其他可以给予记过处罚的情形。第十六条员工有下列情形之一者,给予降级处罚:(一)管理人员因督导不利,在经营和管理上造成不良后果者。(三)工作不能胜任者。(一)因工作过失导致顾客投诉,情节
