1、学习好资料欢迎下载跨境电商信息化教学案例分享鄂州职业大学电商教研室吴晓婷各位老师和同学们大家好!非常荣幸和大家分享跨境电商这门课程的信息化教学方法。今天分享的内容主要包括两大部分:第一部分是跨境电商课程的说课,即教学设计部分;第二部分是跨境电商课程的信息化教学方法。跨境电商这个词相信大家这几年在新闻里经常见到,我们先来看看案例导入。央视发布的 2017 中国电商年度发展报告显示,跨境电商成为中国外贸增长重要动力。商务部数据显示,2017 年上半年,中国跨境电商交易规模3.6 万亿元,同比增长30.7%。高速增长的背后,我国电商“走出去”都去向哪里?可以说,全世界都有中国电商的身影,阿里全球速卖
2、通已经覆盖全球230 个国家。在中国跨境电商主要出口地中,美国、欧盟、东盟位居前三。我国电商平台在国外的接受度如何?报告显示,在俄罗斯,中国的速卖通已经成为访问量最高的电子商务网站。在东南亚排名前四的电商平台中,除亚马逊之外,其他三大平台都有来自中国的投资。来自亿邦动力网的新闻“邻近中国的俄罗斯已经成为影响中国出口电商最深的市场之一”。俄罗斯一年从中国市场的包裹高达2 亿个,占了中国出口包裹的 12%。每一年跨境商务增长都达到了30%,有 2500 万俄罗斯人有从跨境电商网购的经历,大部分从中国网站购买商品。那么到底什么是“跨境电商”?先让我们用30 秒时间看个视频。(播放视频)传统的电商是国
3、内的商家在线销售给国内的买家。而跨境电商实现了不同国家双方以电子商务的方式达成交易,相比传统电商多了国际物流、出入境清关、国际结算等环节。目前行业专家们对于跨境电商(Cross-border E-commerce)的定义是:分属于不同国家的交易主体,通过电子商务的手段将传统进出口贸易中的展示、洽谈和成交环节电子化,并通过跨境物流及异地仓储送达商品、完成交易的一种国际商业活动。学习好资料欢迎下载跨境电商分为进口和出口两种模式。进口,就是我们常说的“海淘”,是指我们中国人通过网站在线购买国外的商品,目前比较热门的进口平台有网易考拉海购、天猫国际、京东全球购等,其中行业报告显示,近几年网易考拉市场份
4、额一直占据首位。而跨境电商出口,是指中国卖家通过网站将商品销往世界各地的客户,出口平台包括B2B(批发)和 B2C(零售)两种。目前热门的B2C 平台有 Aliexpress、Amazon、ebay、敦煌网等。本次说课以课程定位为核心,围绕教学目标组织教学诸要素以完成教学目标,满足学生与社会的需求,简而言之就是:两个核心加五个要素共七大块。第一课程定位是本次说课的核心,本课程定位以社会需求为导向和依据,分为三个方面:社会需求、课程定位、知识衔接。跨境电商近几年发展快速,从09 年速卖通成立、国内跨境电商兴起,14 年被称为“跨境电商元年”至今快速发展,。专家们认为,“新消费”观念和消费升级潮流
5、的冲击下,商品质量更有保障的跨境电商市场交易规模未来几年仍将保持快速增长,甚至在我国将掀起跨境电商风暴。从结构上看,中国跨境电商的发展将始终以出口为主,进口为辅。关于跨境电商的人才需求,阿里研究院通过对300 多家跨境电商企业的调研显示,86%的企业普遍反馈跨境电商人才存在严重缺口,在人才类型上,企业迫切需要的是跨境电商运营推广类人才,其次为跨境客服岗位人才及跨境策划设计类人才。关于行业中跨境电商岗位,主要分为初级岗位、中级岗位、高级岗位三种。其中我们高职高专的学生主要是通过课程学习,能够胜任初级岗位,比如客户服务、视觉设计、网络推广等。而企业对于中级、高级岗位的知识和技能要求较高一些,同学们

14、务概论、网整合络营销、网店运营与管理、电子商务网站建设、国际贸易理论与实务等,这些课程的开设对跨境电子商务课程来讲都具有辅助作用,而 跨境电子商务是对前面所学知识的融合、应用、实践并加以升华。第二课程教学目标,通过在校内理实一体化实训室的全真操作(跨境电商企业的全真操作),根据项目教学要求,让学生掌握跨境电商基本业务操作技能,培养学生踏实肯干、吃苦耐劳的工作作风以及善于沟通和团队合作的工作品质,为学生走上跨境电商工作岗位和跨境电商创业打下坚实的基础。包括具体的职业能力目标、知识目标、素质目标。第三课程设计。在工学结合课程建设模式指导下,首先校企合作分析跨境电商专员工作过程和工作任务,依据跨境电
15、商人才国家标准和行业标准,以职业能力为本位,开发课程标准,设置以学生为主体,融“教、学、做、考、创业”为一体,以工作任务为驱动的项目教学,最后实施过程考核与结果考核相结合、校内考核与企业考核相结合、课程考核与创业考核相结合的多样化课程评价体系。第四课程教学内容的组织与安排遵循高职学生职业能力培养的基本规律,以真实工作任务及工作过程为依据整合、序化教学内容,科学设计学习性工作任务,教、学、做结合,理论与实践一体化,实训教学环节设计合理。实训课时占总课时的50%,使学生在深入理解跨境电子商务的基本知识,掌握运用所学知识开展跨境电子商务的实际运作技能。课程内容设置了十个单元,分别是:跨境电商初识、跨

23、”的开放式多元化高职教育课程考核新体系,课程注重学习过程和技能考核,突出知识的综合运用。本课程具有良好的校内实践教学环境,电子商务实训室从硬件到软件均能满足课程的实践教学要求:拥有完善的网络教学资源和硬件环境。第六教学效果与专家建议。校外专家、行业企业专家对课程注重学生能力培养、课程定位贴近市场需求等表示了肯定,同时也提出建议:在教学过程中要加强与社会、企业的联系,要坚持跨境专业课程和职业岗位对接的原则,在教学中应该将职业院校的国际贸易、物流、电商、信息技术等专业资源整合重组,打造具有竞争力的跨境平台课程体系。组织学生参与各类跨境电商创新创业比赛,如“电子商务三创赛”、“大学生跨境电商创新创业
24、大赛”等,顺应“大众创业、万众创新”的潮流,以赛促学,以赛促就业,提升学生创新创业技能,提高学生就业率及满意率。与第三方服务商签订实习协议,输送毕业生到第三方服务商企业进行实操训练及岗前培训,让学生切实体验跨境电商所涵盖的国际贸易业务知识,熟悉跨境物流、报关报检、跨境支付、出口退税等操作流程。第七课程特色与创新。课程组提出了基于三个层面(基本实训、综合实训、校外实训)和三个结合(以“理论与实践教学、中文与英文讲解结合”、以“模拟与实务、实训与实践结合”、以“课内与课外、校内与校外结合”)的创新教学模式,以“项目导向,任务驱动”和模块式教学的方法,将课程内容模块化,化解难点,形成独立的教学任务,
