1、20XX年中学骨干教师培训工作总结根据教育局有关文件的指示精神,我学校承办了20XX年省中学骨干教师培训,本次培训的目的在于帮助广大教师提升教育理念,推进新课程的改革和教育教学工作的开展。此次培训工作已经圆满结束,现将培训情况总结汇报如下:一、加强组织领导,优化培训方案。为了搞好本次培训,一中成立了项目执行组织机构,由化得福校长担任项目总负责人,副校长金东升担任项目常务负责人,项目组下设办公室,教研处、教务处、总务处、财务处、办公室等部门的主任、副主任为项目办成员,具体负责项目的实施。学校制定了 20XX年省高中骨干教师培训方案,提出了培训的目标、原则、内容、方式、考核等内容:本次培训的目标:

2、通过理论培训,进一步转变教育教学观念;通过课堂教学观摩,学习借鉴优秀教师的教学经验,实现教学内容、教学组织形式的优化,提高分析和解决课堂教学问题的能力;通过与骨干教师的研讨,增强研究意识,拓展研究视野,学会教学设计,学会合理选择教学方法,提高教学技能,提升教学研究能力,加快教师专业发展。本次培训的原则包括:“聚焦问题”原则。主要通过高中新课程实施过程中的问题进行研讨,互相交流,互相启迪,使参训教师在培训中不断反思教学中存在的问题,提高新课程实施的水平。“理论引领”原则。聘请高校专家,从理论上对新课程理念进行深度分析和解读,帮助参训教师提高思想认识和理论水平。“同伴互助”原则。加强同学科骨干教师

3、的研讨,和优秀教师一起磨课、评课、充分交流,解疑释惑,破解难题。培训内容包括:新课程学科教学设计理念、新课程课堂教学方法的选择和使用、课程资源开发和利用、新课程课堂教学评价、课堂教学问题诊断与研讨、教师专业成长的途径和方法等。培训主要形式:专题讲座、教学观摩、评课研讨、总结交流。专家讲座和课堂教学观摩相结合,理论培训和实践培训相结合。方案还对专家聘请、课程安排、学员考核等做出了详细的安排,保证了培训工作的有序、有效进行。二、组建专家团队,合理安排课程。为了保证培训质量,学校邀请了西北师大教育学院教授、博导、长江学者王鉴;省督学、特级教师、原一中校长白春永;省首批陇原名师,一中副校长金东升做专题

11、 位一中各学科骨干力量作为指导教师,9 个学科共计18 名指导教师。每位指导教师负责45 名骨干教师的培训和指导任务,组织和指导学员进行参与式教学设计,带领学员进入班级听课、研讨,审阅学员的教学设计、说课稿和培训总结,填写学员考核表,对学员进行指导、评价。为了提高培训实效,我们在安排课程时,注重多种形式的综合运用和穿插安排。将专家讲座、参与式教学设计、观课议课、研讨交流等交叉安排,避免学习中的心理疲劳现象。观课议课主要安排在12 月 12、13 日上午(周三、周四)。学校共安排了37 节课,每学科每天至少有2 节课供各位老师观摩。每天上午听完课后,及时进行评课,发现课堂教学的特色和亮点,诊断课

19、E1H9I1O82.学习研讨:学员坚持学习,积极参与教学观摩和研讨,听课不少于4 节,研讨不少于2 小时。3.培训作业:按照要求写出教学设计、说课稿、培训总结各 1 篇。根据出勤、作业完成情况和完成质量,评定为合格或不合格;无故缺勤1 天以上,或者没有及时完成作业的,培训成绩不合格。第二,安排培训班班主任,每位班主任管理40 名学员。每天早 8:00 8:30,下午 2:30 3:00)考勤,并发放学习用品,收缴学员作业。第三,安排指导教师。指导教师既是专家,也是管理者。他们一方面要指导各学科学员进行参与式教学设计,带领学员听课、评课,组织学员说课,还要督促学员按时交培训作业,批改培训作业,最

28、。培训即将结束的14 日上午,项目办组织了学员对培训的满意度调查。该项调查包括课程安排、专家讲座、指导教师、听课情况、评课情况、研讨交流、学习资源、作业布置、后勤服务、考核方式、学习环境、组织管理、住宿安排、伙食补贴、实际效果等15 项内容。发放问卷 80 份,收回有效问卷76 份。调查结果显示:学员对培训表示很满意和比较满意的相加,有 7 项达到 100%;学员对专家讲座的满意度最高,很满意的达到89%。学员感到不太满意的有6 项,比例也在 3%以下,只有对伙食补贴不太满意的占 7%。没有很不满意的项目。学员们认为,专家报告很精彩,很受启发;观课议课的形式很好,研讨比较深入;文档编码:CH5

36、实施等方面,进展比较顺利。特别是立足教学实际,深入课堂,发挥省级示范性高中的优势,组织各位学员观课议课,深入研讨交流。专家报告既有理论引领,也有实践经验总结,使学员收获较大。评价方式科学合理,有利于学员学习的深入。(三)一中培训团队的收获。全省骨干教师培训,是对一中的一次考验。通过此次培训,锻炼和提高了项目组成员的组织协调能力,积累了宝贵的经验。全省骨干教师到学校观课议课,对一中教师的课堂教学也是一次诊断、交流,学员们也发现一中教师在课堂教学方面的不足,提出了许多宝贵的意见和建议,使一中教师得到了一次向兄弟学校学习的宝贵机会。一中的指导教师,在培训中也通过与省内骨干教师的交流,提高了认识。五、
