1、希望本文对您有所帮助!单项工程承包合同书范本导读:本文是关于单项工程承包合同书范本,希望能帮助到您!单项工程承包合同书(一)为完善经济承包责任制,并结合安徽金煌建设集团有限公司企业章程,以安徽金煌建设集团有限公司为发包单位(以下简称甲方)和以 同志(以下简称乙方)为经营承包责任人,由承包人实行单项工程责任承包制,进行综合考核,定包干、定责任,为明确发承包之间的经济关系和经济责任,经双方协商一致,就本项工程的有关事宜达成如下条款。一、承包条件1、承包方应严格遵守甲方各项规定和履行本合同各项条款。2、按甲方规定,乙方必须向甲方交纳风险抵押金万元。风险抵押金在工程竣工交付后且外部无欠款后一次性返还。

2、3、乙方应具有一定的流动资金,以确保工程顺利完工。4、乙方组织机构应健全,五大员领导班子应具有一定的施工技能及经济头脑,能适应建筑市场的变化和发展。5、认真贯彻执行工程建设质量管理条例建设工程安全管理条例,实施 ISO9002:2019 质量体系标准和安徽金煌建设集团有限公司项目施工管理办法、企业建筑工程施工工艺标准。6、乙方必须服从甲方对其施工过程中质量、进度、安全、财务的全面管理。二、人事安排1、为保证企业经营向健康方向发展,承包人组织机构要健全,并具有希望本文对您有所帮助!上级主管部门颁发的岗位证,且无不良行为记录。2、承包人的任免权属安徽金煌建设集团有限公司,其他管理人员由乙方自行安排

11、本工程施工现场确保达到市级建设施工质量安全工地。2、乙方必须严格按照建筑安全文明生产管理条例及市建委质量安全处和公司有关安全文明规章制度组织施工。七、质量安全奖罚一、奖则:1、获“市级主体结构优质工程奖”或市级“新材料新技术”示范工程均给予奖励元;获“市级优质工程奖杯”给予元奖励。2、获省级“新材料新技术应用”示范工程奖励3、获省级优质“黄山杯”工程”给予元奖励。4、获“市级安全质量标准化示范工地”奖励元。5、获“市十佳文明工地”奖励6、获省级安全质量标准化示范工地奖励7、获国家 AAA级安全文明标准化工地奖励及企业工程质量或安全文明大检查中获通报表彰的分别奖励元。8、其他未注明工程质量、安全

12、文明获奖项目,根据以上同等奖励执行。工程质量、安全文明奖励部分不重复计算,同一项目按最高奖项奖励准。以证书(原件)奖杯报公司备案存档为奖励依据。二、罚则:1、单位工程与公司或建设单位签订的合同中明确必须达到市级质量安全“双示范”工地的或省级安全文明标准化工程、省级优质工程“黄山杯”工程的,而实际目标未达到,甲乙双方签订的“建设工程施工合同”中约定的标准进行罚款外,另增加公司按其相应奖项奖励的%罚款。2、分公司或项目部施工的单位工程一次验收合格率必须达到100%,如因不合格的分部(子分部),分项工程不合格,必须无条件返修达合格标准,文档编码:CW3B5P7U8B6 HS6W2H4R9S1 ZA1

20、字的整改报告)及整改不力者一次给予元罚款,连续三次整改不力者将暂停施工,直至整改合格。5、项目施工管理综合评价不合格项目,按工管字 2019(02)号关于对项目施工管理进行综合评价的实施办法处理。6、项目部对质量、技术、进度、安全文明施工环境保护工作不力的且造成直接经济损失达到元及以上的,同时给公司声誉造成较大影响,除承担直接损失外,另给予经济处罚元。7、不履行或不积极履行工程竣工保修有关条例的,视其情节每次给予元至 元罚款,若保修不及时造成更大损失或社会影响的加倍罚款。8、项目部或分公司在建工程未与劳务公司签订劳务合同和未与民工签订劳动合同,且管理混乱导致民工群体投诉或上访(三人及其以上),

28、 ZA10W3J5H3D8文档编码:CW3B5P7U8B6 HS6W2H4R9S1 ZA10W3J5H3D8希望本文对您有所帮助!(一)甲方责任:1、按照合同规定的各项条款及安徽金煌建设集团有限公司的各项规章制度,负责组织并指导乙方按计划全面实施。2、对乙方上报的经营成果进行复查和审计,组织或聘请有关人员对乙方的资产进行审计,并做出审计结论。3、按现行的施工规范,施工质量验收统一标准及企业施工工艺标准和要求,负责对本工程的质量、进度、安全生产、文明施工监督检查、技术指导和服务。4、建立健全财务制度和监审制度,对资金实行专款专用,保证资金合理使用,确保工程顺利开展。(二)乙方责任:1、严格遵守国

29、家及行业主管部门和甲方关于财经工作的规章制度,严格财经纪律,加强成本核算。2、本工程开工前必须把预算及材料分析报甲方财务部、工程部。3、对工程质量、进度、安全文明等各项工作制定具体措施,并全面组织实施,对分部(子分部)分项验收前必须按照安徽金煌建设集团有限公司“六到位”要求及时上报公司进行组织验收,甲方与建设单位签订的建设工程施工合同及补充协议的全部义务和责任由乙方负责完成和承担。4、按合同约定的比例及时缴纳税费。5、工程款必须转入甲方指定的帐号,实行专款专用,用于本工程建设施工,在甲方帐户上不得超支用款,不得私自将工程款转入其他帐户,或直接从建设单位支取现金及有价物品(若甲供材料,其数量价格
