1、大型展会策划方案【篇一:大型展会策划方案】大型展会策划方案一、确定举办目的举办一场展览会,首先要确定其目标。活动项目能准确达到目标的展览会才是成功的。通常我们的目标为:宣传公司形象、促进产品的销售、展示新产品、密切联系用户、对市场的信息动态和市场需求的深度把握等。二、选择适合场地选择合适的场地是参展计划中重要的一部分,首先须考虑的是人群流动的方式,了解人潮在整个展览会场移动的方向,再依此挑选摊位。是否将摊位设在竞争对手隔壁引起颇多厂商的争论,厂商可将这样的摊位有效利用,积极展示自己产品优于竞争者的地方。如果在展览期间须要使用悬挂牌示或罩盖,则须选择有足够高度的地点,避免挡住可见度。三、参展背景
2、分析例如:专业性、品牌性、权威性、国际性四、参展安排(一)、展前准备:1.参展主题的确定;2.展位的确定;3.展台设计与搭建;明确的参会主题、优质的展位就一定能达到我们预期的效果吗?如果没有专业细致的展位布置,怎样体现出专业性、品牌性、权威性、国际性?大家参展的目的都是一样的,参加展览会是提升企业知名度,宣传与推介新产品或服务的好机会,而参加展览会也已成为部分企业经营战略的一部分,如何有效地充分利用展览会,让展览会成为现代企业最佳的销售与营销工具,实现企业的长期经营目标,则是许多企业关注的核心问题。在展台设计与搭建时就要围绕这个中心,总结如下:展台的设计要突出主题、强调个性,同时要在空间和气氛

13、报导:公司网站进行同步报道。深圳、北京等国内和国外行业媒体报道。各大行业网站论坛/bbs/博客的宣传。6调动展位现场人气的活动策划:展会上人流量大,加上人都有喜欢向人多的地方聚集的习惯,好的现场造势能吸引人群进入展厅,增加展厅人气,有人气才有财气。例如烤面包、抽奖、发放小礼品、免费样品检测、有奖知识问答、成交锣、文艺表演、led 广告宣传片+活动主题播放、拍卖等。因展会是众多品牌聚集在一起“打擂台”,进行终端拦截就显得尤为必要和重要,展会期间要做到及时掌握竞争对手动态,确保1-2 小时更新一次,并迅速做出调整。如聘请临时导购在展馆入口处、竞争对手展厅附近派发单张与举牌游行进行拦截效果十分明显。
