1、大学体育篮球运动选项课说课一、指导思想贯彻新课程基本理念,根据学生的知识结构、技能水平和认知能力,确立以“健康第一”、终身教育为指导思想。学生在大学期间学好篮球技术,围绕篮球运动的基本技术,遵循以技能学习为主,素质练习为辅的原则,通过多种形式的学练活动,培养学生学习能力,增强团结协作意识,使其在大学之后的生活中还能继续从事篮球运动,为学生终身体育奠定基础。二、教材分析篮球运动深受众多大学生的喜爱,是高校开展最为普遍的运动项目之一。篮球运动的教学对发展普及篮球运动、增强学生体质有着重要作用。大学体育篮球运动选项课总共34 学时,每周一课两学时,其中包括理论学习、技术学习和基本战术学习三个部分。本
2、次课是第四周的复习新授课,主要内容为:一、篮球1.复习行进间传接球与行进间运球2.学习行进间单手肩上低手投篮二、素质练习:折返跑、俯卧撑选自高校教材 篮球运动 第六章第二节第二部分,是在学习了行进间运球和行进间传接球的基础上编排的,通过本节课的学习,既可以对行进间运球和行进间传接球进一步巩固和深化,又可以为后面学习持球突破打下基础。行进间单手肩上低手投篮是篮球比赛中最常用的进攻手段之一,其具有稳定性高、速度快、伸展距离远等优点,对提高技术水平、增强实战能力具有重要意义。行进间单手肩上低手投篮对学生协调性有着较高的要求,需要不断练习才能掌握动作技能进而升华动作技巧。而素质练习通过折返跑、俯卧撑两
3、个具体项目,对增强学生速度和上肢力量素质及促进篮球技术水平的提高有着重要作用。三、教学重点、难点重点:蹬地与起跳的协调难点:接球跨步的时机掌控四、学情分析本课授课对象为大学二年级选项篮球运动的学生,由来自不同专业的40 名男生组成,年龄在 2123岁之间,身体发育成熟,心肺功能较好。而篮球运动选项课是学生个体根据自己的兴趣爱好通过教务网络选课的形式确立运动项目,所以其具有较强的求知欲,对篮球运动的学习有着浓厚的兴趣。并且本班全部由男生组成,男生个性张扬,善于表现,课堂气氛活跃,形式多样的教学方法和学生积极主动参与的学习方式,能够激发教学主体的学习动力,促进学生个性发展。而根据篮球运动技术的特点
4、和要求分析,学生有一定的篮球运动基础,模仿能力较强,能够按照老师的要求完成学习和相关练习,但课堂独立思考能力和主动练习意识不强,篮球基本技术不规范,团队配合意识和竞争意识不高,协调性较差,灵敏、力量素质还有待提高。所以在教学过程中要有针对性的进行相关学习和练习,运动量以中等偏大为宜。五、教学目标认知目标:初步掌握所学的行进间单手肩上低手投篮的动作要领,领会各个动作之间协调配合的原理,形成较为系统的技术理论。技能目标:熟练掌握行进间运球和行进间传接球;掌握行进间单手肩上投篮的基本动作技能,提高学生对篮球技术的分析能力,力争使80%以上的同学能规范做出所学动作。情感目标:激发学生学习兴趣,增强学生
