16、I3X9H10Y2 HR6V10H9X9N9 ZW6R9I8C3Q9文档编码:CR1I3X9H10Y2 HR6V10H9X9N9 ZW6R9I8C3Q91 联网目标根据“关于开展全国治理车辆非法超限运输信息系统联网管理工作的通知”(交公路发【2009】528 号)的总体要求,力争在两年内实现部、省、站三级治超信息系统全国联网,促进交通运输主管部门对超限运输车辆的全过程监控和联防联治的工作目标,联网工作的具体成果目标体现在 6 个方面:(1)促进省、站两级治超信息系统建设,全面推进各省(市、区)完成本地区范围内治超信息联网工作,规范治超执法行为,改善执法水平,提高联防联控能力。(2)建成部级治超

17、信息系统和全国治超工作网站,提高部对全国治超总体运行状况的掌控能力,提升部治超工作在行业内外的服务水平,并为及时调整、制订相应的政策提供依据。(3)建成全国治超数据库,实现全国范围内营运性车辆、超限执法数据、黑白名单数据的交换和共享,为实现全国范围内的联防联控提供信息支撑。(4)开发部、省两级治超信息系统间数据接口,实现部、省、站三级治超信息系统的互联互通。(5)实现检测站视频监控在部中心的接入,在加强站点规范化管理的同时,增强应对检测站突发事件的应急处理能力。(6)制订治超信息系统数据标准,实现部、省两级治超信息系统精品w o r d 可编辑资料-第 4 页,共 19 页-文档编码:CR1I
