1、-word.zl-光伏发电站接入电力系统设计规GB/T 50866-20131 总那么1.0.1为规光伏发电站接入电力系统设计,保障光伏 发电站和电力系统的平安稳定运行,制定本规。1.0.2本规适用于通过 35kV(2OkV及以上电压等级并网以及通过 lOkV(6kV电压等级与公共电网连接的新建、改建和扩建光伏发电站接人电力系统设计。1.0.3光伏发电站接人系统设计应从全局出发,统筹兼顾,按照建立规模、工程特点、开展规划和电力系统条件合理确定设计方案。1.0.4光伏发电站接人系统设计除应符合本规外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。2 术语2.0.1并网点 point of interconne

2、ction(POI)对于有升压站的光伏发电站,指升压站高压侧母线或节点。对于无升压站的光伏发电站,指光伏发电站的输出汇总点。2.0.2低电压穿越 low voltage ride through(LVRT)当电力系统事故或扰动引起光伏发电站并网点的电压跌落时,在-word.zl-一定的电压跌落围和时间间隔,光伏发电站能够保证不脱网连续运行的能力。2.0.3孤岛 islanding 包含负荷和 电源的局部电网,从主网脱离后继续孤立运行的状态。孤岛可分为非方案性孤岛和方案性孤岛。2.0.4非方案性孤岛 unintentional islanding 非方案、不受控地发生孤岛。2.0.5方案性孤岛
