1、用户通信终端维修员国家职业标准1、概述1.1 职业等级本职业共设五个等级,分别为:初级(国家职业资格五级)、中级(国家资格四级)、高级(国家职业资格三级)、技师(国家职业资格二级)、高级技师(国家职业资格一级)。1.2 适用对象:从事或准备从事本职业的人员。1.3申报条件(初级和高级技师从略)中级(具备以下条件之一者)(1)取得初级职业资格证书后连续从事本职业工作3 年以上,经本职业中级正规培训达到规定标准学时数,并取得毕(结)业证书。(2)取得本职业初级职业资格证书后,连续从事本职业5 年以上。(3)连续从事本职业8 年以上。(4)取得经劳动保障行政部门审核认定的、以中级技能为培养目标的中等

2、以上职业学校本职业毕业证书。高级(具备以下条件之一者)(1)取得中级职业资格证书后并连续从事本职业工作4 年以上,经本职业中级正规培训达到规定标准学时数,并取得毕(结)业证书。(2)取得本职业中级职业资格证书后,连续从事本职业工作7 年以上。(3)取得经劳动保障行政部门审核认定的、以高级技能为培养目标的高等职业学校本职业毕业证书。(1)(4)大专以上本专业或相关专业毕业生,取得本职业中级职业资格证书后连续从事本职业工作2 年以上。取得毕(结)业证书。精品w o r d 学习资料 可编辑资料-精心整理-欢迎下载-第 1 页,共 7 页技师(具备以下条件之一者)(1)取得高级职业资格证书后连续从事

3、本职业工作5 年以上,并经本职业技师正规培训达到规定标准学时数,取得毕(结)业证书。(2)取得本职业高级职业资格证书后,连续从事本职业8 年以上。(3)取得本职业高级职业资格证书的高级技工学校毕业生,连续从事本职业 5 年以上。1.4 基础知识 1.4.1 法规及企业规章制度常识 (1)电信法规。(2)保护消费者合法权益法规。(3)用户终端维修法规。(4)劳动法规:劳动合同、劳动纪律、岗位规范、安全操作规程。(5)企业相关规章制度。1.4.2 职业规范知识 (1)移动电话机维修员岗位规范。(2)服务规范及标准用语。(3)企业及客户的权利、义务、责任。1.4.3 移动电话机维修基础知识 (1)无

4、线通信原理。(2)电工原理。(3)电子电路。(4)数字电路。1.4.4 基础知识 (1)移动通信日常服务用语。、(2)移动通信常用的专业英语。1.4.5 基本知识 (1)计算机的构成及主要功能。(2)计算机常用应用软件的安装及使用。(3)计算机防病毒基础知识。(4)数据库基础知识。1.4.6 话机维修知识 (1)移动电话机的组成及电路结构。(2)移动电话机的工作原理。(3)移动电话机的维修常识。(4)相关仪器、仪表的使用和基本知识。1.4.7 网通信技术知识(1)通信网络基本知识:移动通信网、各类通信网之间的关系。(2)移动通信系统基础知识:移动通信系统的组成及工作原理,移动通信系精品w o
