1、资料收集于网络,如有侵权请联系网站删除word 可编辑德育工作先进个人事迹材料马场寄宿制小学徐自华投身教育工作二十三年来,我曾任班主任、少先队辅导员、教研组长、德育主任。虽然教育岗位几经变换,但始终努力实践“三个代表”重要思想,为人师表,忠诚于人民的教育事业。多年来,凭借扎实的专业知识、灵活的教学方法、先进的教育理念、默默奉献奉献在教育岗位上,赢得了师生的喜爱、同行的认可和社会的广泛赞誉。一、悉心从教,爱岗敬业踏入工作岗位后的我,一直对自己严格要求,努力完成学校交给的各项任务。在教学管理上,我努力钻研教学教法,全身心地去研究每个学科。多少次,为了给老师们能讲上一节优质课早来晚走,琢磨好每句话,

3、上墙公布,每天早操时进行情况小结汇报,每周进行一次优胜班级评比。做到有问题及时记录、提醒。并将每学期的第一个月定为常规落实月,以后的每月进行一项常规专项检查评比。如此一来,学校环境卫生整洁,学生形成了良好的行为习惯,营造了一个文明、和谐的校园氛围。(二)打造两支队伍1、创建一支德才兼备、高效的班主任队伍班主任是学生精神成长的引路人。在选拔、培训时朝着“敬业奉献、热爱学生,善于做学生的思想工作,具有较强的教育教学组织能力,班主任学科专业和教育专业基础扎实,具有团结协作精神和较强的人际沟通能力”的方向。在每月班主任例会上,将理论学习、经验交流、工作布置作为会议的主要内容,让班主任在交流中分享经验,

20、我做起”“学习新疆三史”这一主题,按照“学生主体、全员参与、以校为主、辐射家长”的工作思路,”用主题班会、“好书交换、推荐”、演讲、征文、手抄报、黑板报评比等活动,让更多的同学了解新疆,了解中国,为“我的梦.中国梦”立志好好习,报效祖国。三、关爱学生,撒播阳光我校是乡级寄宿制小学,学生中贫困生、农牧工子女居多,特别是山上的牧民子女偏多。德育室就建立一个信息库,加强三个联系、实施三重关爱(学业上帮助、生活上救助、心理上辅助)、突出三种教育(榜样教育、感恩教育、自主管理教育)。作为德育工作者,应该是一个播种阳光的人,用关心、信任和激励,把阳光的种子撒进学生的心田。多年来,我校在爱心捐款活动中,师生
