2、2月全部拆除;院内道路及附属工程正进行施工中,施工道路狭窄,现唯一施工道路为小区外主干道。由于设计方案变更等非施工方因素,现造成2、5楼屋顶花园种植土、建渣及其他材料的运输困难,经综合考虑特制定此方案二、工程特点1.工期紧:根据建设项目总体计划,工程工期紧,各工序应合理安排连续施工,以保证工程如期竣工。2.作业条件:由于垂直高度以及水平距离较大,且无建筑用垂直运输设备。采用汽车吊车(中联ZLJ5419JQZ50V)进行吊运。3.施工作业:屋顶材料布置必须合理,尽量减少材料的二次吊运,同时合理安排起重机行走路线,以提高工效。三、主要编制依据1.根据业主提供的设计要求、图纸2.公司的有关文件3.公

25、模量,取 E=mm2;A钢丝绳截面面积,取 A=;h钢丝绳落下高度,取 h=;L钢丝绳的悬挂长度,取 L=。经计算得 Fs=(1+(1+2 1/2)=157kN钢绳荷载远远满足吊装要求。六、吊装前准备工作(1)作业前应将载荷、半径内障碍物、地基等情况尽可能地调查清楚,以保证安全作业;(2)检查作业场地。作业地面应坚实平整。如遇松软地基,或起伏不平的地面,一定要垫上适当的木块,在确认安全以后,才开始工作;(3)按润滑保养规定给各润滑点加油。检查液压油箱中的油是否在规定的刻线范围内;(4)检查吊臂伸缩用钢丝绳的张力和磨损情况;(5)检查起升制动器是否可靠及各部件零件的紧固情况。检查吊具、吊扣的牢固

41、超载作业,以免发生事故;(2)过载起重,横向拖动,前吊以及急剧的转换等操作,都是非常危险的,应严格禁止;(3)操作重力下降时要使重物有控制的下降,当将重物停止时,应逐渐减速,最后停止。2、吊臂的伸缩操作(1)吊臂伸缩时,吊钩会随之上升。因此,在伸长吊臂之前,应先使吊钩下降到适当的位置;(2)吊臂伸出后,出现前节臂杆的长度大于后节伸出的长度时,必须经过调整,消除不正常情况后,方可作业;(3)吊臂作业接近满负荷时,应注意检查臂杆的挠度;(4)伸缩式臂杆伸缩时,应按规定顺序进行。在伸缩的同时要相应下降吊钩,当限制器发出警报时,应立即停止伸臂。臂杆缩回时,角度不得太大。3、回转操作(1)作业中应平稳操

49、放下重物,空载进行调整正常后,方可继续作业;(5)起重机的各项安全装置,必须经常检查其可靠性和准确性。九、安全保证措施(一)一般要求1、吊装前,做好安全教育及安全技术交底工作,做好起重机的检查,起重绳的检查,发现问题及时解决。2、吊装是保证吊装角度不小于55 度。3、吊装作业区域内非操作人员严禁入内,钢筋模板的吊装应在试吊无误后进行,吊装时设专人指挥。4、施工人员应遵守安全技术操作规程,严禁违章作业和野蛮施工,严格执行“十不吊”。5、所有计量工作应检测合格,测量时尽量减少误差,作好必要的复测。6、特殊工种人员必须持证上岗,严禁顶岗和无证操作。7、施工人员正确使用劳动保护用品,进入现场戴安全帽,
