1、关于 mba社会实践报告中国石油大学MBA管理实践报告内容写作规范从事企业和社会实践活动,撰写管理实践报告,是培养MBA学员管理实践能力的有效途径。根据中国石油大学工商管理硕士培养方案,为了加强学生管理实践能力的训练,在校学习期间,MBA学员每年应完成一个解决实际问题的分析报告。为了帮助和指导学员从事社会实践,合格地完成管理实践报告撰写,就报告的内容构成和写作方法问题,制定本规范。一份完整的管理实践报告,应由报告概要、企业及个人职责简介、问题的提出、文献总结、研究方法、数据分析、结论和备选方案、方案的实施、回顾和反思、参考文献、附录共十一个部分构成。各部分的主要内容、问题、相关的方法和写作注意
2、事项分述如下。一、报告概要本部分为整个报告的高度概括,目的是以最精炼的语言让读者了解报告的核心内容及结论。本部分内容应对如下问题做出回答:本报告中希望解决的管理问题是什么?。本报告最终的结论是什么?二、企业及个人职责简介本部分是为整个报告提供背景材料,应概括性地介绍。对于和本报告意图解决的管理问题有关的部分,可做重点介绍。本部分不宜过长,不应通过罗列大量企业介绍内容来充斥篇幅。本部分应对以下问题做出回答:企业简介企业在什么行业,做什么业务简要历史企业特点和优势、问题如果有的话,可以简要介绍一下愿景、使命、战略目标和价值观等相关机构、流程介绍,比如:如果本文讨论的是解决制定战略方面的问题,就应该
