1、CNG 加气标准站仪表自控系统设计总结为保护环境,合理利用能源,我国积极推进城镇使用天然气。国家建成了西气东输管道、陕京管道、涩-宁-兰管道、忠-武管道等天然气管道,正在建设西气东输二线,这些将推动我国进入规模化应用天然气的新时期。天然气作为清洁能源,在民用、工业领域及能源消费结构调整等方面凸现出重要作用。车用CNG 作为城市燃气重要组成部分,发展天然气汽车,对治理汽车尾气污染、缓解成品油供应紧张局面及降低燃料成本起到积极作用。目前CNG 加气站在全国迅猛发展,车用CNG 以技术成熟、经济的优势步入了社会生活,以其显著的经济效益和环境效益得到广泛认可。1 CNG 加气站概述 CNG 加气站包括

2、CNG 加气母站、标准站和子站。母站给气瓶车加气,站址多选在郊区;标准站和子站给汽车加气,站址多选在市区。CNG 加气标准站(以下简称标准站)设备多,流程复杂,本文以此进行分析,工艺流程见图1。天然气来自输气管道,经过滤、调压、计量后进入干燥装置,干燥后的气体经缓冲罐进压缩机压缩至2225MPa,经顺序控制盘输送至储气井组储存,再输送至加气机,或从顺序控制盘直接送至加气机为CNG 汽车加气。压缩机停机时气缸内残留气体进入回收罐,经调压、计量后回收到进站管道或送入城市中压管网。2 标准站自控系统组成自控系统包括压缩机控制系统、加气机收费管理系统、工艺管道控制系统、可燃气体报警控制系统,4套系统相

3、互结合以实现标准站安全运营、平稳加气。前两套系统由设备厂家配套提供,现只对后两套系统的设计做分析和总结。2.1 工艺管道控制系统系统配置及功能标准站控制点少、控制精度低,以实用、经济考虑,宜选智能数显仪表控制系统(以下简称智能仪表系统),建设方有特殊要求的除外。智能仪表系统安装在控制室控制柜中,主要由UPS 电源、开关电源、智能数显仪表、多路声光报警器、继电器及相应的控制元件组成。控制柜盘面镶嵌压力、温度及流量各种参数对应的智能数显仪表、可燃气体报警控制器、多路声光报警器及控制按钮、指示灯等。系统实现工艺生产所需参数的实时检测、采集、显示、报警和控制功能,并对压缩机、轴流风机重要设备进行连锁控

4、制。智能数显仪表控制系统功能配置原理见图2。系统控制逻辑a.控制逻辑每个功能都由控制逻辑实现,以标准站最常用的3 条逻辑说明实现过程。第一,事故或紧急状况下,控制室可紧急停止所有压缩机。第二,高、中、低压储气井组压力达到高报高控值时,控制室声光报警,停止所有压缩机。第三,生产区燃气泄漏浓度达到一级报警值时,控制室声光报警,启动轴流风机;达到二级报警值时,声光报警,停止所有压缩机。b.条件设定设现场高、中、低压储气井组压力的智能数显仪表位号为PIAC005、PIAC004、PIAC003;控制柜紧急切断按钮 EST;可燃气体报警控制器联动模块HJ1825,继电器位号J1J7;压缩机和轴流风机的控

12、显仪表到高报高控值,其输出触点闭合,继电器J2 上电。J2 的 1、5 常开触点闭合则J5上电,J5的 1、5 和 2、6 常开触点闭合,信号分别输入到 1 号和 2 号压缩机控制系统,停止1 号、2 号压缩机,实现PIAC005 的高控功能。J2的 2、6 常开触点接多路声光报警器的1 报警回路,该触点闭合,1BJ-1 回路报警,实现PIAC005 的高报功能。PIAC004 和 PIAC003 连锁及报警功能同PIAC005 所述。当燃气泄漏浓度达到一级报警值时,可燃气体报警控制器声光报警,J7上电,J7的 1、5 和 2、6 常开触点闭合,启动1 号、2号轴流风机。当达到二级报警值时,可

20、备和人身安全将用电设备、仪表外壳及金属部分与大地进行可靠连接的一种接地方式;工作接地为保证仪表精确、可靠工作所做的接地。标准站中主要采用以下两种接地方法。a.信号回路接地1设计中对非隔离的信号需建立一个统一的信号参考地,通常指直流电源的负端接地。当某一信号回路与其他信号回路绝缘时,该隔离信号可以不接地。b.屏蔽接地1、2设计中为降低电磁干扰、电容性耦合干扰所采取的有效措施。包括电缆屏蔽层、未作保护接地而起屏蔽作用的金属保护管、汇线槽和仪表金属外壳的屏蔽接地。此外,仪表控制系统接地与电气防雷防静电接地采用共用接地装置,最终与接地网连接,接地电阻不大于43。系统防雷仪表控制系统防雷主要为感应雷防护

28、分别接至保护接地汇总板和工作接地汇总板.汇总后与总接地板连接以实现等电位连接。总接地板与防雷防静电接地共用一个接地装置,最终与电气接地网连接实现共用接地。共用接地可防止站区遭到雷击时,感应雷抬高地电位后与控制系统的接地形成电位差而造成反击或放电。b.屏蔽及合理布线站区遭到雷击时为避免线路间电场、电感相互作用引起的电容、电感性耦合而采取屏蔽,设计中常选用屏蔽电缆。所有电缆屏蔽层、多芯电缆备用芯在控制室单端接地2、3,见图 5,虚线表示接地。铠装层、保护钢管及双层屏蔽电缆的外屏蔽层在现场和控制室两端接地3,见图 6。要确保所有控制电缆敷设时远离强电电缆,间距不少于250mm;与电压 220V 以上

45、05092000。电源侧加装三级 SPD 保护。3 采用铜芯铠装屏蔽电缆,直埋敷设,在信号回路加设 SPD 保护。出入地面穿套管保护,与仪表及套管等接口采用防爆挠性管连接,穿越不同区域采取密封和防爆措施。满足仪表配管配线设计规定HG/T 20512 2000 和石油化工自动控制设计手册。4 控制室设置紧急切断按钮,紧急或事故状况下关闭压缩机。实现各个检测点的超限报警(声光报警)、超限停车及压缩机现场停机功能。满足信号报警、安全连锁系统设计规定 HG/T 205112000和工艺专业所提委托要求。压缩机控制系统具备远程就地启停功能。5 站内各远传仪表配置防雷模块,所有变送器外壳采用单独防雷接地线

46、,并与接地网可靠连接。控制系统及电缆屏蔽层、铠装层、现场防爆接线箱、保护套管等与电气接地网可靠连接。满足自动化仪表选型设计规定 HG/T 20507 2000、仪表系统接地设计规定HG/T 205132000、汽车加油加气站设计与施工规范(2006 年版)GB 501562002。控制室、收费室设置等电位连接母板。目前,国内标准站的建设数量很多,规模各异,形式多样,我们参与了几十座标准站自控系统设计。鉴于近 5年智能仪表系统在标准站控制系统中的良好运行效果,结合其控制点少、逻辑简单的特点,我们认为采用智能仪表系统优于计算机控制系统。控制系统设计应以站控实际为基点,在确保安全、可靠的前提下,充分
