1、促销员演讲稿:如何成为一名优秀的促销员尊敬的各位领导,大家好!很荣幸,公司能给我一次机会,让我做一次实习总结。这次演讲的题目是:如何成为一名优秀的促销员。在深圳天虹龙新店做了一个多月的促销员,其中所学、锁获、所感非常多,我不敢说自己已经成为了一名很优秀的促销员,但作为一名促销员的基本素质我还是有的。以下结合自己的经验谈谈如何成为一名优秀的促销员。一、职责俗语有云:食君之禄、担君之忧。我们要对得起手中这个饭碗,我们要对得起公司的知遇之恩与栽培之恩。在工作中,我们有没有迟到早退;有没有偷懒;有没有贪图公司的赠品;有没有坚守岗位、尽职尽责?我们都要扪心自问一下。在深圳工作一个多月,确实很累、很辛苦,

2、但我敢说,我每次吃饭都不会超时、极少午睡,没拿过公司半个赠品,为什么?做人要忠于职守。在所有产品中,我卖得最好的是定型类产品,而且时时压制着竞品,当竞品促销员向我提出,只要我肯帮她卖产品,就把六成的提成分给我。当时,我是一口拒接,为什么?因为我是迪彩人,我要忠于自己的公司。二、销量终端卖场就是一个战场,销量就是战绩。我们有没有为公司的销量而战?我33 天的总销量是696 瓶,平均每天销售瓶,名列八位队员之首。其中,除去一次团购,两次开业爆破的销量,我的总销量是 466 瓶,平均每天瓶,名列第二。从整个销量图中,可以看出几点:1、整个实习期,销售业绩有高峰和低谷。要想达到高峰是要具备一定条件的,

3、比如团购、开业爆破、团队做活动等,在这样的氛围中,自己会充满激情,会有突破。但是,自己受外界环境影响太过了,在常规的销售中没能找到突破点,销量一直都处于30 瓶以下。3、单品销量比例。除了团购与开业爆破销量外,常规销量洗、护、定、染的比例是2:3:4:1,而门店洗、护、定、染的比例是1:3:3:3,其中我卖得最好的是定型类产品,约瓶,而最关键、最有效地技巧是快速递产品。三、心态 1、自信自信,首先是对自己有信心,要有征服顾客的信心;其次是对产品有信心,相信产品能解决顾客的问题。刚开始,我也是对自己没信心,不敢接待顾客,怕顾客不买,怕顾客刁难,总是以哀求的口吻对顾客说话,类似“这个很好用的呀”、
