1、1/8 四川理工学院课程设计钢结构课程设计学生:学号:专业:班级:指导教师:四川理工学院建筑工程学院二 O 一一年十月2/8 钢 结 构 课 程 设 计 任 务 书根据下面的资料设计某单跨厂房的钢屋盖。一、设计题目一)三角形屋架1、设计资料1)该车间无悬挂式起重机、无天窗、无振动。2)钢屋架支承在钢筋混凝土柱顶,钢材采用Q235,混凝土等级为C25。3)对于三角形屋架,屋面采用波形石棉瓦,槽钢檩条。4)车间长度为240m,柱距为6m。车间跨度为L 18m、21m、24m、27m、30m、33m。屋面坡度为1:2.5.5)柱网布置图见附图1。2、屋架屋面做法及荷载取值标准值)永久荷载 kN m2

2、):波形石棉瓦自重0.20;檩条及拉条自重0.20;保温木丝板重0.25;屋架及支撑重0.120.011跨度);可变荷载 kNm2):雪荷载 10 组):北京0.40;南宁0;上海 0.20;重庆0;沈阳0.50;拉萨 0.15;基本风压 梯形屋架1、设计资料1)该车间无悬式挂起重机、无天窗、无振动。2)钢屋架支承在钢筋混凝土柱顶,学号为单号的同学用Q235 钢,焊条为E43 型;双号的同学用Q345钢,焊条为E50 型,混凝土等级为C25。3)对于梯形屋架,屋面采用1.5mx6.0m 的预应力钢筋混凝土大型屋面板屋面板不作支撑用)。4)车间长度为24Om,柱距为6m。车间跨度根据题号选择。5

30、跨度 单位:m)估算,按水平投影面积计算。3.2 活载屋面荷载与雪荷载不会同时出现,计算时,取较大的荷载标准值进行计算。根据恒载、活 载 的 计 算 结 果 以 及 屋 架 节 点 的 受 荷 面 积 即 可 求 得 屋 架 节 点 荷 载。3.3荷载组合屋架内力根据其使用过程中可能同时作用的荷载,按最不利的原则组合。三角形屋架只考虑第一种组合。荷载组合一般考虑以下二种情况:1)全跨永久荷载+全跨可变荷载;2)全跨永久荷载+半跨可变荷载。4 内力计算 内力计算可以用图解法或数解法计算各杆的轴向力 N 5 檩条设计由于檩条受力不大,一般是先选择檩条的型号再按下面的公式进行验算。5 杆件截面设计5

31、.1 轴心受拉杆件1)用公式N/An f 计算出所需的净截面面积。2)按所需的净截面面积在型钢表中找到合适的截面一般为两个角钢组成的截面)。3)截面选定后,用选定的截面,验算强度和长细比。杆件容许长细比,受压构件 150,受拉构件 3505.2 轴心受压杆件1)假定长细比,查出值,计算所需截面面积和所需的最小回转半径。即:,。2)根据 A、ix、iy,选定型钢 角钢)规格。3)按选定的截面验算杆件的稳定性和长细比。对于有较大截面削弱的杆件,尚应验算截面的强度。5.3 压弯构件采用先假定截面,然后进行平面内、外的稳定性验算及长细比计算,必要时进行强度计算,不行再调整直到符合要求为止。6 节点设计
