1、-1-/7 多回路架空送电线路耐雷水平分析张颖璐常州电力设计研究院,江苏常州 213003)摘要:在电网建设中,为节约走廊,多回架设送电线路日益增多。由于排列复杂,杆塔高度的增加,给线路防雷带来不利因素。本文通过对影响耐雷水平因素的分析,结合实例的计算,提出一些改善同杆多回路线路耐雷性能的措施。关键词:送电线路绝缘耐雷水平在城市电网建设中,为节约电力线路走廊,同杆架设多回送电线路日益增多。由于回路多排列复杂,杆塔高度的增加,给线路防雷带来不利因素,一定程度上降低了线路的耐雷水平。本文通过对影响耐雷水平因素的分析,提出一些改善同杆多回路线路耐雷性能的措施。1 线路耐雷水平分析1.1 耐雷水平根据
2、交流电气装置的过电压保护和绝缘配合DL/T 620-1997)规程,雷击有避雷线的同杆架设多回送电线路杆塔顶部时,耐雷水平按下式计算:1)式中 u50%绝缘子串的50%冲击放电电压,kV;k、k0导线和避雷线间的耦合系数和几何耦合系数;杆塔分流系数;Ri 杆塔冲击接地电阻,;Lt杆塔电感,H;ht、ha杆塔高度和横担对地高度,m;hg、hc避雷线和导线平均对地高度,m。1.2 分流系数总雷电流分别从杆塔和避雷线上流过,杆塔的分流系数可由图1 的电路算出:-2-/7 2)式中 Lg杆塔两侧相邻档避雷线的电感并联值,H t 雷电流波头长度,取2.6 s1.3 耦合系数导线与避雷线的几何耦合系数,双
3、避雷线时 3)式中 r1避雷线的半径,m。导线和避雷线间的耦合系数因电晕效应而增大,可按下式计算:k=k1 k0 4)式中 k1电晕修正系数。2 提高耐雷水平方法分析公式 1)可看出,要提高同杆多回路线路耐雷水平,可以通过增大u50%、k 或减小Ri、Lt、hc等来实现。2.1 增加绝缘子串片数u50%取的是绝缘子串的50%正极性冲击放电电压,雷电冲击电压主要决定于绝缘子串长,绝缘子串片数的增加能提高绝缘子串的u50%,降低跳闸率。但为满足空气间隙要求也要相应增大杆塔、横担等尺寸,同时也增加了绝缘费用。实际应用中,在允许情况下,盘式绝缘子串可以适当考虑增加一两片,合成绝缘子考虑采用加长型。但在

11、,也不会增加太多投资。现行规程对杆塔接地电阻都有规定,实际应用中应使工频接地电阻值在515 之间。可采用增设接地带、管,引外接地装置,在高土壤电阻率地区降低电阻较困难,采用连续伸长接地线可以有效降低杆塔接地电阻。2.3 降低杆塔和导线高度hc 理论上,杆塔越高线路暴露越多,越容易受雷击,在保证电气安全距离情况下,尽量考虑低塔。但受导线对地距离的限制,杆塔和导线的高度不宜减小太多。2.4 架设耦合地线可以采用在导线下方加挂耦合地线的方法,增加避雷线与导线间的耦合作用,增大耦合系数k。加挂耦合线,虽不能减少绕击率,但能在雷击杆塔时起分流作用和耦合作用,降低绝缘子串上的电压,提高线路的耐雷水平。如图

37、线路,220kV 和 110kV 部分的耐雷水平均能满足规程要求。当应用于变电所进线保护段时,与规定的耐雷水平值尚有差距。要同时达到220kV 耐雷水平110kA 和 110kV 耐雷水平 75kA,需作以下处理:(1采取降低接地电阻措施,需将冲击电阻降至1,这在实际中实施可能较困难;(2采取安装杆顶防雷引下线,同时结合将冲击接地电阻降至3,可满足要求;(3采取架设一跟耦合地线措施,可以大幅度提高耐雷水平,超过规程规定值。4 结论综上所说,降低接地电阻、架设耦合地线、安装塔顶防雷引下线等措施,可以在线路的多雷区段、特殊高塔等耐雷水平要求较高的地方采用,能有效地改善同杆架设多回路送电线路的耐雷水
