1、地下室顶板渗水专项施工方案南通滨河五期安置房项目工程地下室顶板高压注浆防水堵漏专项施工方案编制人:审核人:审批人:龙信建设集团有限公司2014 年 11 月 15 日一、工程概况我项目部工程技术人员经过现场瞧察,人防地下室顶板(19 轴-21 轴)/(A轴-P 轴)存在裂缝渗漏,特制定出本专项施工方案。二、渗水原因分析人防地下室顶板(19 轴-21 轴)/(A轴-P 轴)存在裂缝渗漏原因:1、由于混凝土浇筑振捣不密实(根据现场查瞧渗水纹路周围混凝土裂缝不密实);2、由于地下室顶板强度还未到达规定值就集中堆放荷载引起板受力不均导致开裂;3、由于各种原因如温差变化、结构变化等原因致使地下室顶板出现
2、裂缝所致;4、由于地下室顶板混凝土养护不到位:5、由于地下室顶板防水卷材铺贴没有到位(主要原因);三、运用技术:高压灌注防水堵漏新技术地下室顶板渗水专项施工方案根据现场实际情况对出现的裂缝进行高压注浆堵漏处理。1、高压灌浆防水堵漏新技术简述高压灌浆堵漏就就是利用机械的高压动力,将水溶性聚氨酯化学灌浆材料注入混凝土裂缝中,当浆液遇到混凝土裂缝中的水分会迅速分散、乳化、膨胀、固结,这样固结的弹性体填充混凝土所有裂缝,将水流完全地堵塞在混凝土结构体之外,以达到止水堵漏的目的。高压灌浆堵漏技术就是具有国际先进水平的高压无气灌注防水新技术,就是目前水溶性灌浆材料使用的新型工艺。2、高压灌浆堵漏原理水溶性
3、聚氨酯化学灌浆材料就是由过量的多元异氰酸酯与多羟基化合物预先制成含有游离异氰酸基团的低聚的氨基甲酸预聚体。常用的多异氰酸酯有TDI、MDI、PAPI等 3 种。多羟基化合物采用聚醚,它的官能团与分子量可以有好几种。浆液灌入混凝土裂缝后,与渗漏水相遇发生化学反应,放出二氧化碳,并形成脲的衍生物。从而达到防渗堵漏的目的。水溶性聚氨酯化学灌浆材料就是一种底黏度,单组份合成高分子聚氨酯材料,形态为浆体,它有遇水产生交联反应,发泡生成多元网状封闭弹性体的特征。当它被高压注入到混凝土裂缝结构延展直至将所有缝隙(包括肉眼难以觉察的)填满,遇水后(注水)伴随交联反应,释放大量二氧化碳气体,产生二次渗压,高压推
4、力与二次渗压将弹性体压入并充满所有缝隙,达到止漏目的、使用高压灌浆堵漏技术后一次堵漏成功。四、施工主要应用材料选用水溶性聚氨酯化学灌浆材料1、材料简介该产品外观为浅黄色至琥珀色透明液体,它就是由聚氨酯预聚物与多种助剂配合而成的单组。分堵漏化灌材料,一种快速高效既能堵漏防渗又能固结补强的高分子弹性材料。可应用于各种工程中起堵水防渗加固作用。2、材料特点该材料具有良好的亲水性,能与水反应,同时生成CO2气体,并逆水而上沿来水通道渗透扩散,与周围的混凝土、砂、土等固结,快速硬化形成不透水的固结层,已广泛应用于封堵大压力的涌水与阻止地基中的流水及水的渗透。文档编码:CR9Y6U1G7J10 HV7Y6

12、体的粘度,对于混凝土工程,如遂道、大坝等细小裂缝注浆后浆液能很快渗透进去,形成粘结牢固,抗渗性好、强度大的固结体;浆液的固化速度可根据施工需要调节;固结体在水中浸泡对人体无害、无毒,无污染。3、材料技术指标项目 技术指标外观 浅黄琥珀色透明液体密度,g/m3 1、01、10 粘度,20,mpa、s 100400 凝胶时间 几十秒 几十分粘结强度,Mpa 1、0 膨胀率,%300 包水量 20 倍。五、施工操作工艺及要点1、施工工艺确定漏水点清理渗漏基面钻孔清洗安装灌浆接嘴高压灌注发泡浆料观察补漏拆灌浆嘴槽孔修补检查完成补漏2、施工要求1)、检查:仔细检查漏水部位,清理渗漏部位附近的污物,以备灌

20、U3文档编码:CR9Y6U1G7J10 HV7Y6K7K9M8 ZL4P3T7W4U3文档编码:CR9Y6U1G7J10 HV7Y6K7K9M8 ZL4P3T7W4U3地下室顶板渗水专项施工方案平。先做样板经监理甲方确认后再大面积施工。六、施工注意事项1、在寻找裂缝前,首先应对裂缝进行分析,并按裂缝宽度、长度的不同分别取蕊,以确定裂缝深度发展规律。如非贯穿裂缝且深度较浅,可以作表面处理。2、寻找裂缝就是一项繁琐、细致的工作,如表面不易干燥,可以用喷灯烘干,用角磨机磨光周边,裂缝处因含有水份,立即可以发现,此办法即提高了工作效率,又可确保每一分区无遗漏。3、裂缝修补:灌浆液应从每一枚针头开始(结
21、构立面由下往上灌注),当浆液从微孔处冒出时,应立即停止,移入第二枚继续灌注,依次向前进行。在灌注过程中,如果浆液已灌满相邻的针头位置,可以跳开不注;如注浆后发现裂缝两端仍有继续延伸、或有裂缝与其相交叉,应在该位置补孔,重新注浆。这样,整条裂缝的第一次注浆才算结束。4、为使裂缝内注满浆液,应进行第二次注浆,第二次灌注应与第一次间隔一段时间(约 30分钟),必须在浆液凝固前完成,如第二次灌注后,浆液仍不能愈合,应在该位置重新钻孔注浆。5、裂缝内注满浆液后拨下高压注浆管,其止水针在没有压力的情况下能自动封闭。6、注浆完后,剔除止水针头,用防水砂浆抹平压光,恢复成板面平。七、安全注意事项1、施工注意事
22、项1)、灌注时应严密注视灌注机的工作压力表,如超过额定压力(350kg 以上),应停机后再进行,如压力仍居高不下,应检查钻孔就是否与裂缝完全交叉。2)、聚氨酯就是遇水膨胀材料,工作时应穿戴好防护用具,如手套、护目镜等。表面清理及设备维护。2、对化学灌浆材料的保管的注意事项:1)、化学灌浆材料应密封储存在冷暗的库内,并有专人保管,保管人员应熟悉材料的性质。2)、装有材料的容器应贴上明显的标签,并需分类存放。3)、存放化学灌浆材料的地方应严禁烟火。3、化学灌浆工作人员应注意下列事项:1)、工作人员应戴防毒面具、橡皮手套,并穿长统靴与抗酸工作服。2)、在工作中如有疲倦、脚起泡、手趾麻木、头晕等感觉应
