1、1/13 基坑钢板桩支护方案第一节工程简况本工程为 XXXXXX,高度 3700,顶标高-2.45,地下室顶面覆盖2000高土层,建设方拟在上部做圆形广场及旱地喷泉。地下室基坑深约5.1M,原采用放坡大开挖方式,基坑面标高约-1.82M,基坑底标高约-6.92M。当开挖至-4.3M 左右时,基坑脚部出现流砂涌动,无法正常开挖,经与甲方及监理单位研究,决定采用钢板桩进行支护,以达到止水挡土的目的。第二节编制依据一、XXXXXX工程 XXXXXX设计图纸;二、XXXXXX编制的 XXXXXX 岩土工程勘察报告;三、XXXXXX工程冲孔桩施工记录;四、同济大学出版社1991年 11月第一版高层建筑施
2、工手册;五、建筑地基基础工程施工质量验收规范GB50202-2002);六、锚杆喷射混凝土支护技术规范GB50086-2001);工程地质条件根据地形勘察报告及冲孔桩施工记录,该场地范围内地层自上而下分为:杂填土层、淤泥土层、粉细矿层、强中)风化砂岩层和微风化岩层。一、杂填土层:层厚约1.02.0m;二、淤泥土层:层厚约0.51.5m;三、粉细矿层:层厚约2.57.0m;四、强 中)风化岩层:层厚约2.02.3m;2/13 五、微风化岩层。第四节钢板桩支护设计思路及要点根据本工程场地地质情况特点,本工程钢板桩主要作用是为了隔绝-4m-12m砂层地下水流入基坑,同时支护边坡防止流砂涌动,起到支护

35、D5Y10 ZA1C3M8E8B66/13 由于本工程为钢板桩用于基坑的临时支护和止水,故不需进行材质检验而只对其做外观检验,以便对不符合形状要求的钢板桩进行矫正,以减少打桩过程中的困难。外观检验包括表面缺陷、长度、宽度、厚度、端头矩形比、平直度和锁口形状等内容。检查中要注意:、对打入钢板桩有影响的焊接件应予以割除;、有割孔、断面缺损的应予以补强;、若钢板桩有严重锈蚀,应测量其实际断面厚度,以便决定在计算中是否需要折减。原则上要对全部钢板桩进行外观检查,对不符合要求的钢板桩需进行矫正。三、钢板桩吊运及堆放装卸钢板桩宜采用两点吊。吊运时,每次起吊的钢板桩根数不宜过多,并应注意保护锁口免受损伤。吊

44、法,一般有采用异形钢板桩来闭合或通过调整帷幕轴线用标准桩实现闭合。由于本工程钢板桩墙精度要求不高,故采用后一方法来实现转角的闭合,即在转角处两侧各以10 根钢板桩的宽度来调整轴线实现闭合。如出现部分钢板桩长度不足,可采用焊接接长,一般用鱼尾板焊接法。接长时避免相邻两桩接头在同一深度,接头位置应错开1M 以上,且宜间隔放置打桩。、围檩、拉杆、角撑为加强钢板桩墙的整体刚度,沿钢板桩墙全长设置围檩,围檩用槽钢或角钢组成,通过拉杆固定于原已打好的钢管锚杆上,拉杆由两根25 钢筋组成,焊接于钢管锚杆上。为稳妥起见,在钢板桩墙五个转角上另用槽钢或角钢做角撑。如右图所示。、钢板桩拔除。土建工程完毕后即进行钢
