1、.-.word.zl-珠江御景峰花园三通一平施工方案一、编制目的:珠江御景峰花园位于市塘厦镇高尔夫大道西侧,拟建32层商住楼 11 栋,28层商住楼 2 栋,3 层联排住宅楼 28 栋,会所 1 栋。为确保该工程紧有序地施工,科学合理地利用人力、物力资源,以及确保工程平安、质量及工期要求,针对工程施工特点,特编写本施工方案。本施工方案适用于本工程三通一平工程、挡土墙、场地平整、进所道路施工。二、编制依据:1.设计资料:珠江御景峰花园相关施工图纸及相关文件。2.?建筑分项工程施工工艺手册?3.?建筑施工手册?4.?工程测量规?GB50026 2007 ;5.?土石方工程施工规?6.?施工现场临时
2、用电平安技术规?JGJ46-2005 ;7.?建筑机械使用平安技术规?JGJ33-2012 ;8.我司对施工现场环境的勘察与了解及现场答疑;9.现行法律、法规及市平安文明施工标准。三、工程概况3.1 位置及地形地貌本工程施工地点北侧相邻在建工程;西侧及南侧为观澜高尔夫球场;东侧高尔夫大道,道路下方有 10KV 地下电缆埋深 1.5m 和雨水排水管?800 埋深 2.8m,与地下室边线距离分别约为12.03m和 34.87m;场地尚未平整,地势起伏较大,场地精品w o r d 可编辑资料-第 1 页,共 22 页-.-.word.zl-东侧有一水塘洼地,其南测有标高+49.78m 的陡坡。由于地
3、下室边线贴近用地红线最近处仅约5m 造成后续施工场地及施工通道极其紧,给工程的施工带来一定平安隐患和施工难度,故应重点加强平安防措施和平安施工管理,制定科学合理的施工方法。详原始地貌网格图3.2主要工程分项根据现场实地勘察考虑后续基坑支护及分期施工的合理化,本工程主要工程分项为:a、场地平整,整场地坡度为12%;b、排水线路布设;c、环施工区域行车通道布设;d、洼地局部回填;e、南侧坡地降土及平整;f、施工用电线路布设等。在挖、填土方施工中,回填土碾压密实度和场地平整高程控制是保证施工质量的重点。整个站的挡土墙采用毛石挡土墙。挡土墙砌体采用MU30 毛料石,M10 水泥砂浆砌筑。四、施工准备及

27、工,三通一平工期约为60天。如有调整以总进度方案为准。六、施工分项、方法和要求6.1 总体施工程序施工准备施工复测放样确定场地开挖线和开挖平整标高监理工程师复测场地植被去除、降土及回填道路开挖管道埋设道路修整及硬地化场地平整、检查、验收下一阶段施工。6.2 施工测量6.2.1 施工测量作业施工测量在建筑施工中占有关键性的作用,工程质量的有效控制,主要取决于施工测量控制的好坏,也是施工质量得到保证的前提条件,因此在施工过程中应严格遵守以下操作要求及质量标准:6.2.1.1.施工测量的程序为:检校测量器具复核工程控制桩和水准点测量准备测量放线建立平面控制网精品w o r d 可编辑资料-第 5 页
