1、课题多级放大器教学目标【知识目标】掌握多级放大器的基本原理【能力目标】1.多级放大电路2.多级放大电路的耦合方式【德育目标】培养学生刻苦专研的精神教学重点多级放大电路教学难点多级放大电路的阻容耦合方式教学时间2课时(第 14周)教具准备三极管,电阻,导线教学组织与实施教师活动学生活动【新课导入】在生产实践中,一些信号需经多级放大才能达到负载的要求。可由若干个单级放大电路组成的多级放大器来承担这一工作。在多级放大电路的前面几级,主要用作电压放大,大多采用阻容耦合方式;在最后的功率输出级中,常采用变压器藕合方式;在直流放大电路及线性集成电路中,常采用直接接藕合方式。【新课讲授】1.多级放大电路在实
2、际的电子设备中,为了得到足够大的增益或者考虑到输入电阻和输出电阻等特殊要求,放大器往往由多级组成。多级放大器由输入级、中间级和输出级组成。如图2.4.1所示,输出级一般是大信号放大器,我们只讨论由输入级到中间级组成的多级小信号放大器。理解什么是放大电路2.多级放大器的耦合方式1)阻容耦合阻容耦合就是利用电容作为耦合和隔直流元件的电路。阻容耦合的优点是:前后级直流通路彼此隔开,每一级的静态工作点都相互独立。便于分析、设计和应用。缺点是:信号在通过耦合电容加到下一级时会大幅度衰减。在集成电路里制造大电容很困难,所以阻容耦合只适用于分立元件电路。2)直接耦合直接耦合是将前后级直接相连的一种耦合方式。
