1、学习资料收集于网络,仅供参考学习资料机械基础 课程教学设计一、教学目的和要求:本课程是机械类各专业的一门重要的技术基础课,它的任务是使学生掌握常用机构和通用零件的基本理论和基本知识,初步具有这方面的分析、设计能力,并获得必要的基本技能训练,同时注意培养学生正确的设计思想和严谨的工作作风。由于本课程的特点,它不仅为学习后续课程,也为解决生产实际问题建立基础。通过本课程的教学,应使学生达到下列基本要求:l 熟悉常用机构的工作原理、组成及其特点,掌握通用机构的分析和设计的基本方法;2 熟悉通用机械零件的工作原理、结构及其特点,掌握通用机械零件的选用和设计的基本方法;3 具有对机构分析设计和零件计算问
2、题的运算、制图和使用技术资料的能力;4 具有综合运用所学知识和实践的技能,设计简单机械和简单传动装置的能力;5 具有通过实验和观察去识别常用机构组成、工作特性和通用机械零件结构特点的能力。二、整体课程设计(一)课程目标设计:能力目标总体能力目标:1.初步具有分析机构和选择传动方案的能力。2.初步具有分析、选用和设计机械零部件及简单机械传动装置的能力。3.具有运用标准规范手册图册等有关技术资料的能力。4.具有使用和维护一般机械的能力。5、具有阅读理解机械使用说明书的能力。单项能力目标:1.正确判别金属材料的种类、性能及应用;2.正确选用标准件;3.能正确使用带传动与链传动;能设计简单的带传动;4
3、.正确应用齿轮传动与液压传动;5.能正确使用凸轮机构;初步具有设计凸轮机构的能力。学习资料收集于网络,仅供参考学习资料知识目标:总体知识目标:1.掌握常用机构的工作原理、特点、应用及设计的基本知识。2.掌握通用机械零件的工作原理、特点、结构、标准。3.掌握常用机构及通用机械零件的选用和设计的基本方法。单项知识目标:1.掌握机构具有确定运动的条件。2.了解铰链四杆机构的演化型式及应用,掌握四杆机构的传动特性。3.了解常见凸轮机构的类型、特点及应用,掌握从动件运动规律及各种运动线图的绘制方法,掌握凸轮轮廓设计的基本原理及绘制方法,了解凸轮机构中各参数的选取原则。4.了解链传动的类型、结构特点及应用
4、。5了解带传动的结构型式、带传动的优缺点;掌握带传动的工作原理;了解打滑与疲劳损坏等失效形式;带传动的张紧与维护。6.了解齿轮机构传动的特点和基本类型;理解齿轮正确啮合的条件及连续传动的条件,了解齿轮根切的原因及不产生根切的最少齿数;掌握渐开线标准直齿轮及斜齿轮的主要参数和几何尺寸计算;了解不同条件下齿轮传动的失效形式、设计准则及参数选择原则。7.了解蜗杆传动的组成与特点、蜗杆传动的类型、蜗杆传动的效率与自锁,掌握蜗杆传动的主要参数及传动比计算。8.了解常用螺纹联接、键联接、销联接及其它联接的类型、特点与应用。掌握标准件的选用。9.了解液压传动的工作原理和特点。(二)课程内容设计:使用时间:一

30、装技术掌握减速器的拆装技术16 4 机械基础综合实践自行车的拆装技术掌握自行车的拆装技术17 18 测试18 14 复习机械基础知识的综合应用三、考核方案设计1理论知识点考核理论教学的内容采用阶段性考核,课堂提问、综合考核等多种方法,将考试作为引导学生主动学习的一种手段。阶段性考核可采用分组、分层次,面试的方法,(闭卷、开卷、半开卷、面试、综合型设计大作业等形式相结合)。2 实践环节考核实践教学环节考核是在每一次实验或实训中通过分析报告,现场操作,面试等形式来考查学生的实际动手能力、实验设备的应用能力及实验结果的分析综合能力。实验实训考核包括两部分:实验独立完成能力和实验数据分析能力,各占实验
