1、-1-大体积混凝土施工方案一、工程概况南阳理工专家公寓1#楼位于南阳理工学院院内北临珠海路东临泰山路,西南临南阳理工学院校区。本工程地下一层,地上 30 层,总建筑面积 17298.88;建筑物总高度为87m,负一层层高 4.7m,住宅层高 2.9m。本工程设计基础形式为筏板基础,筏板厚度1500,主体结构形式为全现浇钢筋混凝土抗震剪力墙结构。混凝土强度等级为:基础砼垫层砼为C15,基础筏板、地下室侧壁、防水底板及基础为 C3防水砼(抗渗标号 S6);剪力墙、梁、板基础顶标高 14.470m为 C40,14.470m20.270m为 C35,20m以上为 C30。构造柱、压顶梁、过梁等,除结构

2、施工图中特别注明者外均采用C20。二、工艺流程施工准备-砌筑砖胎模-埋设测温装置-确定砼配合比-砼输送-砼浇筑(分段)-砼振捣-砼养护-测温三、施工准备工作大体积混凝土的施工技术要求比较高,特别在施工中要防止混凝土因水泥水化热引起的温度差产生温度应力裂缝。因此需要从材料选择上、技术措施等有关环节做好充分的准备工作,才能保证基础筏板大体积混凝土顺利施工。1、混凝土配合比(1)、该工程采用商品混凝土,砼配合比设计必须具有相应资质的试验室出具配合比单。使用的衡器应有校验制度,使其经常保持准确性,材料的配合比偏差应不得超过规范规定。-2-(2)、现场的坍落度宜为140-160mm。3、现场准备工作(1

3、)基础筏板钢筋及柱、墙插筋应分段尽快施工完毕,并进行隐蔽工程验收。(2)基础筏板上的电梯井、集水坑采用吊模,用木胶合板作模板,用50100mm木枋作背楞。(3)将基础筏板上表面标高抄测在柱、墙钢筋上,并作明显标记,供浇筑混凝土时找平用。(4)浇筑混凝土时预埋的测温管应提前准备好。(5)项目经理部应与建设单位联系好施工用电,以保证混凝土振捣及施工照明用。(6)管理人员、施工人员、后勤人员、保卫人员等昼夜排班,坚守岗位,各负其责,保证混凝土连续浇灌的顺利进行。四、大体积混凝土温度和温度应力计算(计算附后)对基础筏板混凝土进行温度检测;基础筏板混凝土中部中心点的温升高峰值,该温升值一般略小于绝热温升

11、B8M5C1-3-至 V 轴方向从 30 到 1 轴向前浇灌。2、钢筋基础筏板钢筋施工完毕组织隐蔽工程验收,合格后方可浇筑混凝土。3、混凝土浇筑(1)混凝土采用 1 台混凝土输送泵进行泵送。(2)混凝土浇筑时应采用“分区定点、一个坡度、循序推进、一次到顶”的浇筑工艺。浇筑时先在一个部位进行,直至达到设计标高,混凝土形成扇形向前流动,然后在其坡面上连续浇筑,循序推进。为避免砼产生冷缝,振捣采用二次振捣法,将表面泌水及时排走,采用二次抹面工艺,提高表面密实度,防止面层出现微裂纹缝。同时可解决频繁移动泵管的问题,也便于浇筑完的部位进行覆盖和保温。混凝土浇筑应连续进行,间歇时间不得超过砼初凝时间,如遇

12、特殊情况,混凝土在 4h 仍不能连续浇筑时,需采取应急措施。即在己浇筑的混凝土表面上插12 短插筋,长度 1 米,间距 500mm,呈梅花形布置。(3)混凝土浇筑时在泵车的出灰口处配置34 台振捣器,根据实际情况采用垂直振捣或斜向振捣,振捣时,要做到“快插慢拔,防止砼表面振实而与下面砼发生分层、离析现象,使砼能填满振动棒抽出时所造成的空洞。在振捣过程中,宜将振动棒上下略有抽动,以便上下振动均匀。每一插点要掌握好时间,过短不易捣实,过长可能引起砼产生离析现象。每振捣完一段应随即用铁锹摊平拍实。(4)现场按每浇筑 100 方(或一个台班)制作3 组试块,1 组同条件试块,1 组压 28d 强度归技

20、抗拉强度。本工程采用塑料薄膜覆盖的方法养护,砼浇筑后,在12 小时内蓄水养护,待砼内部和表面温差以及表面和大气温差均小于25时方可逐层揭走塑料薄膜。5、混凝土测温为了控制砼两个温差以及校验计算值与实测值的差别,应随时掌握砼温差动态,测温工作至关重要,该工程采用电子测温器进行测温,现场配备专职测温人员,按两班考虑。对测温人员要进行培训和技术交底。测温人员要认真负责,按时按孔测温,不得遗漏或弄虚作假。测温记录要填写清楚、整洁,换班时要进行交底。测温时发现混凝土内部最高温度与部门温度之差达到 25或温度异常,应及时通知技术部门和项目技术负责人,以便及时采取措施。(1)测温仪器:为了快捷直观准确测量温

21、度,结合本工程特点,该工程筏板砼测温采用JDC-2 型便携式建筑电子测温仪,该仪器具有准确、快捷、宽温操作环境等特点,是一种专业化的测温仪器。(2)测温线布设:为了全面反应砼温度的变化情况,根据该工程的特点,测温线的位置应按浇筑高度断面分底、中和表三种情况为一组,每组三根,测温线按上中下分别预埋,按平面尺寸应分成边缘与中间两种情况。根据测温点布置原则,该筏板宜布设 3组测温线,每组 3 根,每一测温点位传感器由距离板底 200mm、板中部位、距板表面50-100mm 各测温点构成。预埋时可用文档编码:CY6P7R8M8K7 HY8I4X7F8R7 ZB5I5B8M5C1文档编码:CY6P7R8

28、M8K7 HY8I4X7F8R7 ZB5I5B8M5C1文档编码:CY6P7R8M8K7 HY8I4X7F8R7 ZB5I5B8M5C1-5-16 钢筋做支承物,先将测温线绑扎在钢筋上,测温线的温度传感器处于测温点位置并不得与钢筋直接接触,在浇筑砼时,将绑测温线的钢筋植入砼中,插头留在外面并用塑料袋罩好避免潮湿,保持清洁。为便于操作,留在外面的导线长度应大于200mm。在测温过程中,当发现温度超过25时,应及时加强保温或减缓拆除保温材料,从而防止产生砼温差应力裂缝。(3)配备专职测温人员,按两班考虑。对测温人员要进行培训和技术交底。测温人员要认真负责,按时按孔测温,不得遗漏或弄虚作假。测温记录

29、按规范要求填写清楚、整洁,换班时要进行交底,并及时进行数据整理。(4)温差控制:砼硬化期的实测温度应符合下列规定。a、内部温差(中心与表面下50mm 处)不大于 25。b、表面温度(表面下50mm处)与表面外 50mm 处的温差在 25以内。c、砼降温速度不大于1.5/d。d、撤除保温层时,砼表面与大气温差不大于25。(5)外墙施工缝处墙体高出筏板300mm,当实测温度过高不符合上述规定时,则应及时调整蓄水位降温使其满足温差的规定。6、混凝土养护(1)混凝土浇筑及二次抹面压实后应立即覆盖保温,在混凝土表面覆盖一层塑料薄膜二层麻袋。(2)新浇筑的混凝土水化速度比较快,盖上塑料薄膜后可进行保温保养
