1、发动机水温过高的维修经验总结题目发动机水温过高的维修经验总结学 生 姓 名工 作 单 位指 导 教 师xxx 有限责任公司论文时间:2014 年 7 月摘要汽车发动机在工作时会产生大量的热,必需要有一套冷却系统对其进行冷却,当汽车在使用一段时期后,冷却系统容易发生毛病,造成发动机水温高,影响发动机正常工作。由于造成发动机水温高的原因较多,故障的隐蔽性强,使在维修过程中难以入手,本文针对发动机冷却系统工作特点,结合自己的工作实践经验,总结出一些方法、步骤,能更快排除发动机水温高的故障。关键词:水温高冷却系统故障循环不良散热不良前言:野外施工车辆行驶的地表复杂,环境气候恶劣。增加了车辆的损坏。汽车

9、速通过散热器,把热量带走,冷却后的水流到散热器的底部,经水泵再次泵入发动机水道内,如此不断循环,保证机件不断地得到冷却。通过对冷却系工作原理的分析,结合实际情况细心观察,总结以下引起发动机水温高的原因。(一)由于冷却水的不足而造成水温高。从冷却系的工作原理中知道,冷却水是热量传递的介质,通过流动把热量带走。如果冷却系统内冷却水不足,就会影响热量的传递和流动效率,这是造成发动机水温高最基本、最常见的原因,因此在遇到发动机水温高时,首先看看是否因为缺水引起的。1、最常见的缺水就是冷却水的泄漏。通常因为管路老化、散热器(水箱)的老化、水箱盖密封不严、水泵密封水封的失效而引起漏水。还有一些缸体外部有裂

10、纹、缸盖、缸体上的水堵因腐蚀而漏水。2、因气缸垫密封不严引起的缺水。当气缸垫冲坏后,会造成密封不严,使水道与油道、气道相通,当水道与油道相通,冷却水通过气缸垫进入机油道,或者机油会滲进水道,而当水道与气道相通,使冷却系统内压力过高,冷却水从水箱盖处泄漏出来,这样都会使冷却水愈来愈少水温就高了。判断是否冲气缸垫的基本方法是打开水箱盖,着车检查水箱口是否有大量气泡冒出来,或拔出机油尺会看到乳白色的油水混合物、打开水箱盖会看飘着油渍。通常气缸垫冲坏的原因是气缸垫质量不好或缸盖的平面度超过0.05mm。要注意,很多时候,冲气缸垫只是表面现象、是水温高的结果,所以遇到这样的情况一定要查找冲气缸垫的原因,

18、2K8 ZF3G4S1I4B1图 2 散热器的构造发动机出来的热水进入到上水室8,流到散热器芯 6 到下水室 2,冷却后的水再被送到发动机水道并继续循环。而散热器芯上有很多散热片,为的就是增加散热面积,使热量快速地散发出去。车辆使用一段年限以后,散热片外部会沾有很多泥土,小枝叶,油污会使散热不良,引起水温高。用适当压力的水冲洗,会看到流出来的水是有很多泥水、小枝叶很脏的,注意水压不能太大,否则会把散热片打歪、打坏。一般来说,热车后上水管的水温达90 度左右,经过散热器散热后流到下水管时只有70 多度,据此可以判断散热器的散热效果如何。2、散热风扇的作用是增大流经散热器的空气流量和流速。常见的散

26、大散热面积的。在使用空调时,制冷系统内的制冷剂热量靠流经冷凝器进行散热,如果冷凝器散热片上沾有泥土、油污或散热片扭皱,会影响散热效果,造成车厢内温度下降不大,制冷压缩机不停运转,加大发动机负荷,造成水温过高。特别是有的车开空调时才水温高,此时,可以对空调冷凝器进行撒水降温,如果水温下降很明显,说明水温高与冷凝器散热不良有关。(三)由于冷却水的循环不良引起水温高。发动机的热量是通过冷却水的流动而带走的,如果冷却系统内冷却水的流动速度过慢或流量过小,甚至不循环,都会引起水温高,影响循环的部件有水泵、节温器和水道等。1、水泵的损坏或传动皮带打滑。水泵不能正常转动导致产生不了足够的的冷却水水压,使冷却

27、水的循环流量减少,热量带不走,造成水温高。水泵结构如图 3 所示,外部通过皮带带动,内部通过叶轮泵水,行驶中皮带的突然断裂会造成水温高;受长期的腐蚀,叶轮也会被腐蚀或损坏,影响泵水效果。图 3 发动机冷却水泵如图 3 所示,叶轮是塑料做的,制造时把叶轮啤压在铁质水泵轴上,外面由皮带驱动。是什么原因造成循环不良呢?仔细观查发现塑料叶轮与水泵轴有相对错位的痕迹,但用手板又不松动,后来用热开水来浸泡水泵之后,竟能轻松使叶轮相对于水泵轴转动。原来是叶轮啤压部位松动,水温低时不打滑,水温升4文档编码:CY6X7P2V5E8 HR9E6X3I2K8 ZF3G4S1I4B1文档编码:CY6X7P2V5E8

42、少的软水,如果用硬水易产生水垢,水垢沉积后会使散热器、水道的循环管路的截面减少,使循环的水量减少;而且水垢的导热性极差,传热能力只有金属的几十分之一,不能很好地将发动机的热量散发掉,最终造成水温高。因此,要留意冷却水是否干净,遇到脏的情况,首先用水箱专用清洗剂通洗散热器、水道和管道,把冷却系统清洗干净,然后再加注质量可靠的冷却液。(四)还有其它一些原因造成发动机水温高。例如点火提前角调整过迟、供油混合气过稀等,还有因硅油风扇离合器打滑而造成发动机的水温高、三元催化器堵塞造成排气不畅导致水温高。(五)总结从以上几方面分析了发动机水温高的现象和原因,因此在维修车前一定要先了解情况,不宜盲目拆检,首

43、先向驾驶员了解情况,问问驾驶员出现水温高的现象有多久了;一般开车多久就会水温高;最近是否经常要加水;开空调与否有什么区别;有没有其他异常等等。从驾驶员那里往往会得到很多重要的第一手信息,有助于判断问题、对症下药。接下来按照以上分析,看看是那一种情况的水温高,是缺水、散热不良或是循环不良。可以由简单的检查开始,先检查是否缺水。打开发动机盖,仔细检查各水管、水道、水泵、水箱等是否有渗漏水,当然,有些渗漏水的地方很隐蔽,一般不易发现,可采用专用仪器从水箱口进行加压处理,往冷却系统里打气加压,更容易找到渗漏水处;然后打开水箱口观察有无气泡冒出、是否冲缸垫等。如果这样还找不到原因,就要试车观察了,看是什
