2、对所出露的地下管线及附属设施按下表的调查项目要求详细核查地下管线及其附属物的各属性,做好记录和量测。标准实用文案大全管线类型埋深断面电缆根数材质保护材料构筑物附属物传输物体埋设年代权属单位外顶内底管径宽高压力流向电压给水排水燃气电力直埋沟道通讯直埋管块热力工业管道注:表中“”为调查项目。2.1 管线点埋深测量的具体要求1)管线点埋深宜采用经检验的钢尺直接开井量测,不能用钢尺直接量测时,应采用 L 尺在地面进行量测,L 尺的长轴方向应保持与地面线垂直,读数时应在地面拉水平线,水平线与L 尺长轴方向的交点即为读数起始位置;2)管线点深度的计量单位为m,读数时精确到小数点后两位。埋深位置应为阀门与主

19、线点排液、排污装置、各种检修井、阀门管径、材质、载体、名称、压力管顶及地面高程热力锅炉房、换热站弯头、三通、四通、直线点各种检修井、阀门管径、材质、压力管顶及地面高程2.4 实地调查中对特殊情况的处理1)压力井、沉井、电力、电信、电话、倒虹吸等大井(1m 1m以上)应实测井的范围,其管线点应设在管线进、出井的实际位置;2)在管线的变坡或变径处,如果坡度和直径是渐变的,则应在变化的起点和终点分别设置管线点。管线点间距小于 75 米,当管线长度超过 75 米无特征点时,在其直线段上增设直线点,以控制管线走向。3.不同专业地下管线探查仪器探查是在现况调绘和实地调查的基础上,根据不同的地球物理条件,选

27、9P1U9T3U6 ZA7K5K1M9G5标准实用文案大全感应类专用地下管线探测仪应符合相应物探技术标准;6)应有快速定位、定深的操作功能;7)结构坚固、应有良好的密封性能。3.2 探查施工的主要方法和应具备的条件1)探查的主要方法地下管线探查物探方法主要包括被动源法和主动源法,被动源法包括工频法、甚低频法等;主动源法包括直接法、感应法、夹钳法等。我们一般采用的是主动源法。工频法利用载流输电电缆中所载有的5 0 6 0Hz 交变电流所产生的工频信号或金属管线感应电流所产生的电磁场进行管线探测。甚低频法利用甚低频无线电台所发射的无线电信号,在金属管线中感应的电流所产生的电磁场进行的探测方法称甚低

28、频法。此法在实际工作中应用较少。直接法直接法有三种连接方式:单端连接、双端连接和远接地单端连接。三种连接方式都是将发射机电磁信号直接加到被查金属管线上。该法信号强,定位、定深精度高,易分清近距离管线,但金属管线必须有出露点,且需良好的接地条件。选用直接法时,无论那种连接方式,连接点必须接地良好,应将金属的绝缘层浔刮干净,接地电极尽量布设在垂直管线走向的方向上,距离大于1 0 倍埋设深度的地方,力尽量减小接地电阻。直接法严禁在易燃、易爆管道上使用。感应法通过发射机发射谐变电磁场,使地下金属管线产生感应电流,在其周围形成二次场。通过接收机在地面接收二次场,从而对地下管线进行搜查、定位。感应法分为磁

36、偶极感应法:是利用发射机两端接地产生的一次电磁场对金属管线感应产生二次场,从而达到探测目的,此法受接地条件影响,在管线探测中相对用得较少。夹钳法利用夹钳把发射机信号加到金属管线上的方法。该法信号强,精度高,普遍用于电信、电缆和小口径的煤气、给水管道探测。2)实施物探方法应具备的条件 被探查的地下管线与其周围介质之间应有明显的物性差异;被探查的地下管线所产生的异常场有足够的强度,应能在地面上用仪器观测到;应能从干扰背景中清楚地分辨出被查地下管线所产生的异常;探查精度应符合规程规定的要求。3.3 不同专业地下管线探测技术方法1)给水管线给水管线一般分为金属给水管线的探查和非金属给水管线的探查;金属

37、给水管线的探查可以采用感应法和直接法进行探查,非金属管线探查可以利用地质雷达进行探查,或者利用钎探、开挖方法直接取定管线位置和深度。A、感应法的具体探查操作方法利用明显给水管线点(如阀门井等)确定给水管线的大致走向。沿管线大致走向,放置管线探测仪的发射机,发射机的放置方向应与管线走向一致。选择适当频率(针对给水管线,一般利用小于16K频率进行追踪,确定方位;利用大于30K频率进行详细探查,确定其平面位置和深度。)进行发射信号。利用接收仪器接收有效信号。有效信号应确定为给水管线受发射机发出信号而产生二次感应磁场信号,在发射机与接收机相距较近的情况下(根据发射机发射频率决定间距),接收机接受到的是

45、确定管线的平面位置和深度。利用地质雷达解决非金属给水管线的探查的问题,本标书在下一节重点、难点解决方案(UPVC 探测技术等)中做出了详细的阐述。2)电信管线电信管线包含了电信、联通、网通、移动、铁通等权属单位管线,其埋设方式一般分为直埋、管埋和沟埋。电信管线的仪器传输信号一般都比较好,由于其直径都比较小,因此,探查方法主要是夹钳法。夹钳法是利用管线探测仪器的夹钳设备,直接夹在电信管线上,夹钳设备本身产生较强的环形磁场,使被夹住的电信管线产生较强的感应电流,从而产生二次感应场。3)电力管线电力管线探查一般可采用工频法或夹钳法来进行探查。利用载流输电电缆中所载有的交流电流所产生的工频信号或金属管

46、线中的感应电流所产生的电磁场进行管线探测。工频法不需要建立人工场源,方法简便,成本低,工作效率高,但分辨率不高,深度精确率较低,用于电缆探查的初探,在地下管线盲探中非常实用。夹钳法的使用同电信管线中的夹钳法使用方法一样。电力管线使用夹钳法信号相对比较好,探查精度比较高,一般情况下,完全满足规程规定的精度,是电力管线探查的主要方法。4)燃气管线燃气管线管径一般情况都不大,其材质分为金属和非金属两种。对于金属材质的燃气管线,我们一般用感应法探查,管径较细的管线,我们还可采用夹钳法探查。其探查方法同上面所述,为了安全考虑,燃气管线一般不用直接法。对于非金属材质的燃气管线,利用地质雷达来解决,具体方法
