33、活动提供方便。第七条乙方的权利、义务 1.乙方在经营范围所从事的经营活动,不受甲方干预。2.乙方有权要求甲方提供一切开展正常营业活动所必需的条件。3.乙方对于租用的商铺只有使用权,没有所有权,不准以任何形式进行转租,转让(个体工商户的承租经营人员必须是营业执照上核准的人员)。4.乙方不得利用商铺从事非法经营,其经营活动不得超出其营业执照规定的经营范围,也不得超出甲方的经营范围。5.乙方不得以甲方的名义从事经营活动,必须亮证经营。乙方的商品销售活动必须实行现货交易,不准开展预收款式的预售或代购、代销业务。6.乙方必须爱护商铺设备,在租赁期间如损坏所租赁商铺设备,必须承担修复或赔偿责任。文档编码:

41、堂纪律,端正经营态度,文明经商,礼貌待客,遵守安全消防规则,维护店容卫生。第八条担保方的权利、义务 1.担保方有权对乙方的经营情况进行了解,有权要求乙方依法经营和遵守相关纪律、规章制度,要求乙方按期向甲方交纳租金。2.乙方如不按期、按规定数量交纳租金,并经甲方催交仍拒不交纳时,甲方有权要求担保方代为交纳租金。担保方对此承担连带经济责任。担保方代交纳后,有权要求乙方偿付代交租金。第九条合同的变更与解除 1.租赁期满未能续租或合同因解除等原因提前终止的,乙方应当于租赁期满或合同终止后_日内将租赁的商铺及甲方提供的配套设施以良好、适租的状态交还甲方。乙方拒不交还的,甲方有权采取必要措施予以收回,由此
