1、精品文档精品文档地产项目合作协议书合作意向书甲方:*公司乙方:甲方现提供的商业项目给乙方进行投资购买,现这一项目中,甲乙双方的合作模式具体如下:一:乙方支付甲方中介信息费的合作模式乙方认可该项目的投资价值,并完成与该项目开发商的购买合同后三日内,支付甲方投资额的10%作为信息费。二:利润分成的合作模式1、乙方选择该合作模式的前提是,乙方在完成投资,并具备再次销售的条精品文档精品文档件下,乙方立即开展全面的二次销售。2、乙方将该项目的二次销售工作交由甲方全面执行。3、二次销售金额实现收回投资成本以后,甲乙双方进行利润分配,具体如下:纯利润未达到25%,甲方不参与分成。纯利润达到25%50%,甲乙
