1、学习好资料欢迎下载一、复习旧知提问:活塞连杆组的基本组成有哪些?全浮式活塞销和半浮式活塞销的区别?二、引入新课三、讲授新课曲轴飞轮组的构造与维修曲轴飞轮组由曲轴、飞轮、扭转减振器、曲轴主轴承、曲轴皮带轮、正时链轮(或齿轮)等组成。一、曲轴曲轴的作用是把活塞连杆组传来的气体压力转变为转矩并对外输出,同时,还驱动发动机的配气机构和其他辅助装置(如发电机、水泵、转向油泵等)。1、曲轴的构造曲轴的基本结构包括前端轴、主轴颈、连杆轴颈、曲柄、平衡重、后端凸缘等。前端轴指曲轴第一道主轴颈之前的部分。它用以安装正时齿轮(或正时齿形带轮、或链轮)、皮带轮等。为防止机油外漏,在曲轴前端有油封装置;为减小扭转振动
2、,曲轴前端还装有扭转减振器。学习好资料欢迎下载主轴颈是曲轴的支承部分。按曲轴主轴颈的数目,可以把曲轴分为全支承曲轴和非全支承曲轴两种。在每个连杆轴颈两边都有一个主轴颈者,称为全支承曲轴,否则为非全支承。显然全支承曲轴的主轴颈数比连杆轴颈数多一个,这种支承方式曲轴刚度好,但长度较长。由此可见,直列发动机全支承曲轴的主轴颈数比气缸数多一个;V型发动机全支承曲轴的主轴颈数是气缸数的一半加一个。连杆轴颈是曲轴和连杆相连的部分,连杆大头安装在曲轴的连杆轴颈上。曲柄是连接曲轴主轴颈和连杆轴颈的部分。在曲轴的主轴颈、曲柄、连杆轴颈上钻有贯通的油道,以使主轴颈内的润滑油经此油道流至连杆轴颈进行润滑。平衡重用来
3、平衡连杆大头、连杆轴颈和曲柄等产生的离心力及其力矩,有时还平衡部分往复惯性力,使发动机运转平稳。四缸发动机,从整体来说,其惯性力及力矩是平衡的,但曲轴局部却受弯矩 M1-2、M3-4 作用,造成曲轴弯曲变形。如果在曲柄的相反方向上设置平衡重,就能使其产生的力矩与上述惯性力矩M1-2、M3-4相平衡。曲轴后端是最后一道主轴颈之后的部分。有安装飞轮用的凸缘,为防止机油从后端泄漏,后端也安装有油封装置。(1)曲轴的轴向定位曲轴作为转动件,必须与其固定件之间有一定的轴向间隙。而在发动机工作时,曲轴经常受到离合器施加于飞轮的轴向力以及在文档编码:CW8M3M7O4B6 HV9I6I8Q6V9 ZL4A3

11、曲轴的曲拐数取决于发动机气缸的数目和排列方式。直列式发动机曲拐数等于气缸数;V型发动机曲拐数等于气缸数的一半。曲拐的布置(即曲拐的相对位置)除了与气缸数、气缸排列方式有关外,还与发动机工作顺序有关。在安排发动机工作顺序时,应注意使连续作功的两缸相距尽可能远些,以减轻主轴承的载荷,同时避免进气干涉而影响充气量;作功间隔力求均匀,在发动机完成一个工作循环的曲轴转角内,每个气缸应作功一次,以保证发动机运转平稳;曲拐布置尽可能对称、均匀。如多缸发动机气缸数为i,则发动机作功间隔角为7200/i。常见几种多缸发动机曲拐的布置和工作顺序如下:1)直列四缸四冲程发动机曲拐布置曲拐对称布置在同一平面内。作功间

19、种曲轴有四个曲拐,其布置可以与直列四缸发动机一样,四个曲拐布置在同一平面内,也可以布置在两个相互错开900的平面内。作功间隔角为7200/8=900,V 型发动机工作顺序随气缸序号的排列方法而定,图中为1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2。二、曲轴主轴承1、曲轴主轴承的构造曲轴主轴承(俗称大瓦),装于主轴承座孔中,将曲轴支承在发动机的机体上。主轴承的结构与连杆轴承相同,如图2-69 所示。为了向连杆轴承输送润滑油,在主轴承上都开有周向油槽和通油孔。有些负荷不大的发动机,为了通用化起见,上、下两半轴瓦上都制有油槽,有些发动机只在上轴瓦开油槽和通油孔,而负荷较重的下轴瓦不开油槽。在相应的主轴颈上开径向通

27、整,轴承钢背光整无损。(3)检验轴承自由弹开量。要求轴承在自由状态下的曲率半径大于座孔的曲率半径,保证轴承压入座孔后,可借轴承自身的弹力作用与轴承座贴合紧密。(4)检验轴承的高出量。轴承装入座孔内,上、下两片的每端均应高出轴承座平面0.030.05mm,称为高出量。轴承高出座孔,以保证轴承与座孔紧密贴合,提高散热效果三、曲轴扭转减振器发动机运转时,由于飞轮的惯性很大,可以看作是等速转动。而各缸气体压力和往复运动件的惯性力是周期性地作用在曲轴连杆轴颈上,给曲轴一个周期性变化的扭转外力,使曲轴发生忽快忽慢的转动,从而形成曲轴对于飞轮的扭转摆动,即曲轴的扭转振动。当激力频率与曲轴的自振频率成整数倍关
