1、单相三相电能表的EMC 及其它测试测量及其它测试测量 摘自电磁兼容(EMC)小小家前言:做这一行也有一年多了,总是想总结一下,这几天就做了下面所说的项目很多,也是必须做的.我们目前已经几乎做全了,剩下的都是不重要的项目,如:防尘和防水试验耐热和阻燃试验阳光辐射试验.以供大家学习.试验项目没有按推荐的型式试验顺序来写,只是简要的列举了一下!实际测试中我们并没有按照标准来,是在标准的基础上上浮了10%的要求,EMC 这一块更是苛刻!引用标准:GB/T17883,GB/T17215,GB/T17882,GB/T17626,DL/T614 和 DL/T645。正文:试验和试验条件1.机械性能试验1.1

2、 弹簧锤试验0.22Nm0.05Nm 动能作用于表盖的外表面和端盖上,对嵌装式仪表,仅对其前面板上进行,表壳和端盖没有出现影响仪表功能的损坏并且不能接触到带电体.1.2 冲击试验按 GB/T2423.5 在下列条件下进行试验 仪表在非工作状态下,无包装 半波正弦脉冲 峰值加速度:15g/30g冲击时间:11ms/18ms 试验后,仪表不应出现损坏或信息改变,并能准确工作1.3 振动试验按 GB/T2423.10 在下列条件下进行试验 仪表非工作状态下,无包装 试验程序A频率范围:10Hz-150Hz交越频率:60 Hzf60 Hz 恒定加速度:0.5g/1.0g单点控制 每一轴向扫频周期数:1

3、0 试验后,仪表不应出现损坏或信息改变,并能按标准准确工作1.4 耐热和阻燃试验按 IEC695-2-1 1.5 防尘和防水试验按 IEC529 2 气候影响试验2.1 高温试验按 IEC60068-2-2 中规定 仪表为非工作条件下 温度:+25 2/+70 2 试验时间:72h 2.2 低温试验按 IEC60068-2-1 中规定 仪表为非工作条件下 温度:-20 3/-25 3 试验时间:72h 2.3 交变湿热试验按 IEC60068-2-30 规定 电压线路和辅助线路接参比电压 电流线路无电流 变化型式1上限温度:+40 2室内;+55 2室外 不采取特殊措施来排除表的潮气 试验周期

12、G9P7M8C10 HV2W10C8T10Q5 ZZ4A1N2I5H9文档编码:CG9G9P7M8C10 HV2W10C8T10Q5 ZZ4A1N2I5H93.3 短时过电流试验试验线路近似无感接线端保持电压,短时过电流依次施加在每一相后,在各电压线路通电条件下仪表恢复到初始温度(约 1h)0.5s,20Imax/0.5p;30Imax 作用后,仪表不应损坏,当回到初始工作时,仪表应正确工作,其误差改变量不超过规定值.3.4 自热影响试验电流线路无电流,电压线路接参比电压至少2h/1h 后,在电流线路中施加最大电流,在功率因数为 1 时,施加后立刻测量仪表误差,接着以足够短的时间间隔准确地画出

13、作为时间函数的误差变化曲线,此项试验至少进行1h,直至在 20min 内误差变化不应超过0.05%时为止.功率因数为0.5(滞后)时重复上述试验按规定测得的误差改变量不应超过规定限值.3.5 温升影响试验每一电流线路通最大电流,每一电压线路施加1.15 倍的参比电压,在环境温度为40时仪表外表面温升不应超过25K 试验时间:2h 3.6 绝缘性能试验3.6.1 脉冲电压试验脉冲电压试验 脉冲波形:1.2/50us电压上升时间:30%电压下降时间:20%电源阻抗:500 欧姆 50 欧姆 电源能量:0.5J0.05J试验电压:60-0.6KV 每次试验对一个极施加10 次脉冲电压,然后对每一个极

14、重复试验,脉冲之间的时间间隔最少为 3s,不应发生飞弧,击穿放电和爆破现象.3.6.2 交流电压试验试验电压近似正弦波,频率在 45HZ-65Hz,施加 1min,电源容量至少为500VA.试验中不应发生飞弧,击穿放电和爆破现象试验电压:2KV/4KV/40V 3.7 接地故障试验仅适用于在带接地故障抑制器电网上使用的仪表对三线中的某一线上进行模拟接地故障状态,各线电压提高至标称电压的1.1 倍,历时 4h.试验时,仪表的中性端与仪表试验设备MTE 的地端断开,并与 MTE 中模拟接地故障的一端连接.试验时,电流线路设备设定电流为0.5I,功率因数为1,对称性负载试验后,仪表不应出现损坏,并且

23、按 GB/T17626.4 规定A)Ib/In,sin=1电压线路和辅助线路加参比电压 电压和电流线路的试验电压:2KV试验时间:在 10min 内等间隔地作用三次,每次 1s 试验时,仪表的记录值相对于同一负载条件下,无脉冲群作用时记录值的改变,不超过规定限值B)电流线路无电流,电流端开路 电压和辅助线路加参比电压 试验电压:4KV试验时间:60s 在脉冲群作用下,计度器不应产生大于xKWh 的变化,测试输出也不应产生大于xKWh 的变化,且仪表能连续准确工作.C)电流线路无电流,电流端开路,使用电容耦合夹将试验电压耦合至线路上 电压线路和辅助线路加参比电压 耦合在输入/输出信号,数据,控制
