1、单芯多功能水流测井仪操作方法及测井工艺-1-单芯多功能水流测井仪操作方法及测井工艺一、测量原理氧活化测井的基本原理是依据脉冲中子活化氧原子,使活化的氧原子产生特征伽马射线。流动的活化水流经四个探测器,各个探测器连续纪录 计数率随时间推移变化的时间谱,并根据时间谱计算出谱峰的渡越时间,由各个探测器的源距和计算出的时间谱的渡越时间得到活化水的流速,并根据实际测量的空间截面积和一天 24 小时的时间长度计算得到该测量点一天的流量。二、测量要求:1、总注入量稳定:由于采用点测方式,因此要求在水站连续监测被测井的总注水量一段时间,确认注入量稳定(实际测量时,在200 米处进行第一点的总流量测量,在喇叭口
2、或分层配注之上测量第二点总流量,两个测量结果进行对比,总流量应基本相同)。变化的注入量将导致氧活化测量资料产生误差,甚至无法解释。所以要求测量时段内,注水井的注入量必须稳定。2、测量过程监控:(1)在实际测量过程中,要对于当前测量的流量进行监控,对时间谱峰,操作员应监控时间谱的测量质量和测量结果,对于每个测量点的时间谱进行现场的初步计算,计算得到的流量结果应符合流量变化的总体趋势。(2)根据管柱情况判断水流的方向,对下水流,应从上至下顺着水的流动方向进行测量,直到测量到零流量。对于上水流从下至上顺着水的流动方向进行测量,直到测量到零流量。(3)如果有明显流量增加,必须重复测量来证实。源和探头要
3、尽量避开油管节箍。对于异常的测量结果,如:谱峰质量不好、油管峰与环空峰不易区分、流量计算结果不合理等情况应采取补测、加密测量、追踪谱峰异常的变化点,以及复测正常时间谱测量点的方式,找出异常点的变化原因,为测后处理提供足够的解释信息。单芯多功能水流测井仪操作方法及测井工艺-2-3、校深:仪器断电上提或下放,在目的层上方选择合适深度点开始进行四参数连续测量(下测),测速 500 米/小时,监视节箍曲线防止遇阻;选择一测量段上提连续测量四参数,测速600 米/小时,通过 GR、CCL曲线校深;修改深度后,仪器应重新上提测量四参数,确定深度正确。三、测井前准备内容:1、设计测量方案:根据测井通知单了解
4、测量井的管柱结构、井口压力、射孔层位置,封隔器位置、喇叭口位置、配水器位置、总注水量、注水方式等,设计初步的测量方案,确定测量点以及水流测量方向,设计出基本的测量方案。四、仪器安装:根据井口压力给仪器配接加重,仪器的接头的密封圈上硅油,根据测井方案组合安装仪器,连接处用小管钳和专用勾头扳手上紧,不要留缝隙。(1)测下水流地面系统+电缆+马笼头+加重+43-38 转换头+CCL 短节+遥测短节+转接头+中子发生器+采集短节(2)测上水流地面系统+电缆+马笼头+加重+43-38 转换头+CCL 短节+遥测短节+转接头+采集短节+中子发生器(3)测上、下水流地面系统+电缆+马笼头+加重+43-38

21、/灭/亮8.0 秒C、B、A 灯显示:亮/亮/灭10 秒C、B、A 灯显示:亮/亮/亮#上述操作表明井下仪器在氧活化水流方式下工作正常六、施工工艺及测井质量控制1、仪器装入防喷管,将防喷管堵头安装好,以防起吊时仪器滑出防喷管。2、安装井口防喷装置。3、将井口防喷装置与井口连接后,慢慢打开总闸门,直至总闸门完全打开后缓慢下放仪器。4、此时仪器完全承压,给井下仪器供电,调整电压到8 伏,观察显示电流的数码管,电流变化正常,无大电流产生(表明仪器没有短路现象),仪器正常,将电压调回零电压,仪器下放。5、仪器上提/下放速度控制在2500米/小时内。上提/下放过程中,每走 500 米给井下仪器供电一次,
