1、学习文档仅供参考发电机组密封油系统工作原理图解及发电机进油分析一、密封油系统的功能和特点1、向密封瓦提供二个独立循环的密封油源2、保证密封油压力高于发电机内气体压力某一个规定值,并确保密封瓦内氢侧与空侧油压相等,其压差限定在允许变动的范围之内。3、通过热交换器冷却密封油,从而带走因密封瓦与轴之间的摩擦损耗而产生的热量,确保瓦温与油温控制在要求的范围之内。4、通过滤油器,去除油中杂物,保证密封油的清洁度。5、通过发电机消泡箱和氢侧回油控制箱,释放掉溶于密封油中的饱和氢气。6、空侧油路备有多路备用油源,以确保发电机安全、连续运行。7、利用压差开关、压力开关及压差变送器等,自动监测密封油系统的运行。

11、示意图八、氢侧回油控制箱图发电机氢侧回油箱(如下列图)内装有 2 个上浮球阀,一个连接空侧密封油油路中滤网的出口,为油箱的补油阀。另一个连接空侧密封油泵的进口,为油箱的排油阀。一般情况下,2个浮球阀的上、下手动干预顶针退出,通过浮球实现液位的自动控制。当氢侧回油箱液位高时,浮球将排油阀打开,使多余的油排到空侧油路,再由空侧回油箱回到主油箱。当氢侧油箱油位低时,浮球将补油阀打开,使空侧油补入。而当浮球阀失去自动调节作用时,则可通过浮球阀的上、下手轮实现补、排油阀的强开、强关。当氢压较低的情况下,氢侧回油箱在某一液位时,浮球的位置相同,但由于排油的压差(约为氢压减去空侧油泵进口压力)较低或补油的压

19、氢压降低,空侧主差压调节阀需缓慢开大以降低空侧油压,氢侧平衡阀需缓慢关小使氢侧油压相应下降。假设氢压由0.31 MPa 降至 0.05 MPa,假设空侧调节阀卡涩,则此时氢压0.05 MPa,空、氢侧密封油压仍为0.394 MPa,因氢侧油压与氢压相差过高(0.389 MPa),油可能从氢侧配油槽直接冲刷到档油板而进入发电机。假设氢侧平衡阀卡涩,则此时氢压0.05 MPa,空侧油压为0.134 MPa,氢侧油压仍为0.394 MPa,同样也可能因油氢差压过高致使氢侧油进入发电机内。九、氢侧回油控制箱氢侧回油控制箱是氢侧油路的储油箱,在运行中必须维持一定的油位。它由箱体、补、排油阀,液位指示器和
20、低液位报警开关作成。由于在密封瓦中空、氢油压做不到绝对平衡,所以油箱油位有增减变化。一旦发生这种情况,氢侧回油控制箱可自动起到控制油位作用。当油箱内油位高时,浮球将排油阀打开,使多余的油排到空侧油路。当油箱油位低时,浮球将补油阀打开,使空侧的油补入。为使油箱内的油位不至过低,箱体上装有一低油位报警开关。十、空侧密封油箱空侧密封油箱油位控制:空侧密封油箱通过U 形管与主机润滑油回油管道连接,发电机端部支持轴承润滑油回油与空侧密封油回油聚集到空侧密封油箱,大部分油通过U 形管依靠重力作用自动溢流到润滑油回油管路,保持油箱中油位正常,因此空侧密封油箱不需要进行油位监视,另一部分油作为空侧密封油源在空

35、油泵供油条件下的运行氢侧密封油泵因维修需要,可短时间退出运行。当氢侧泵停止运行时,空侧密封油流到氢侧的流量大大增加,使发电机内的空气渗入量有所增加,而且还有一定数量的氢气被油吸收而带出机外。在这种情况下,机内氢气的损耗量将比空、氢侧同时运行时要多,需补充的氢气也相应增多。氢纯度也会下降,此时最低允许90%纯度下运行,但应尽快恢复氢侧密封油供油.十四、发电机停机情况下密封油系统的运行在停机情况下,如果能维持密封油压下,排油烟风机又运行正常,则氢气能被保留在发电机内.此时发电机轴承油流应畅通.该油源来自于汽轮机轴承润滑油泵,流过发电机轴承后排入空侧回油密封箱.如果空侧备用密封油泵在这种运行方式中启
36、动,由于下一个油源来自汽轮机低压润滑油泵,此时氢压应降到0.014MPA或更低.十五、正常情况下密封油系统的运行1、当发电机内充有氢气或主轴正在转动时,必须保持轴密封瓦处的密封油压。2、发电机内氢压上升到额定值时,在空侧或空侧直流备用泵运行情况下,应保持密封环处的密封油压高于发电机内氢压0.084MPA.3、密封油冷却器出口油温应保持在38 49 之间。当转轴振动较敏感时,此温度可取于43 49o C 之间值4、发电机充氢时,排油烟风机应连续运行,这样可防止溶入密封油的氢气在空侧回油箱内积聚,并进而混入润滑油系统。5、密封油装置上的刮片式滤油器每8 小时应转动一次手柄,清理污垢.每次停机时,则
37、需将滤芯抽出,加以彻底清理.排尽滤油器壳体中的杂物.6、在空侧直流备用密封油泵启动后,由于下一个备用油源来自汽轮机轴承润滑油,仅能维持机内氢压0.014MPA,如高压备用油源和空侧交流油泵在短时间无法恢复供油,就应发电机内氢压降到或更低.十六、密封油进入发电机的几种原因1、误操作进油2、杂物堵塞氢侧油路3、密封油装置未到达正常状态4、报警系统未到位,抢先投密封油不能及时发现和处理异常工况造成进油.5、油冲洗工艺性进油6、油进入机内的路径:油进入机内的唯一路径是,各种原因引起消泡箱上升消泡箱液位高报警未及时处理油位继续上升直到从迷宫挡油板和转轴之间的间隙溢入发电机内.十七、双油环密封油结构汽轮发

45、;此外油进入发电机,如果未及时排出,油在发电机内蒸发产生油烟蒸汽也形成很大的危害。1)实际运行中很难控制空侧密封油和氢侧密封油压力的平衡按照双流密封油结构密封瓦设计原理来讲,只有维持密封瓦内空侧密封油与氢侧密封油压力基本相等,减少空、氢侧密封油的交换,才能防止空侧油系统中夹带的空气等进入氢侧密封油系统。但实际运行中由于设备结构等方面很难控制空侧密封油和氢侧密封油压力的平衡。当空侧密封油压力大于氢侧密封油压力时,空侧密封油在密封瓦内向氢侧窜油,空侧密封油夹带的空气等进入氢侧密封油。当氢侧密封油压力大于空侧密封油压力时,氢侧密封油在密封瓦内向空侧窜油,这样将引起氢侧密封油箱油位降低,氢侧密封油箱浮
46、球阀将打开,空侧密封油泵出口的压力油通过浮球阀补入氢侧密封油箱。因此,无论空侧密封油压力大于氢侧密封油压力,还是氢侧密封油压力大于空侧密封油压力,都将使从轴承回油来的空侧密封油夹带的油烟、水气等通过与氢侧密封油交换而进入氢侧密封油系统,再通过密封油内油档被发电机吸入发电机内,造成发电机内氢气污染,氢气纯度下降,补氢量增大。造成空侧密封油和氢侧密封油压力不平衡主要有两个原因,其一是氢侧密封油系统的平衡阀调节精度差。目前平衡阀要求的精度为50 毫米水柱 490Pa,在运行中,由于平衡阀活塞和油缸之间间隙较小,稍有杂质可能造成活塞的运动阻力增大,甚至卡死,致使平衡阀调节精度变差,不能有效维持空、氢侧
47、密封油压力的平衡,进而造成氢气污染、增大补氢量增大。造成空侧密封油和氢侧密封油压力不平衡的第二个主要原因是空、氢侧密封油压力的测量误差。机组运行中只有维持密封瓦与转轴之间的油压平衡,才能减少空、氢侧密封油的互相窜动,但由于设备结构的原因,目前只能测量密封瓦上的空、氢侧密封油进油处的压力作为平衡阀的调节信号,因此必然造成测量误差,平衡阀不能有效维持空、氢侧密封油压力的平衡,从而引起发电机补氢量增大。2)密封瓦与发电机转子间隙增大从密封瓦与转轴间沿转轴的轴向流向空侧和氢侧的油流称为轴向流动,当空、氢侧密封油压差保持一定时,空、氢侧密封油的交换量与密封瓦的间隙的成正比。对于300MW 汽轮机,密封瓦
48、直径间隙一般-28mm。当运行中密封瓦间隙从0.15 mm 增大到 0.28 mm 时,密封油流量将大大增加。而由于空、氢侧密封油之间不可防止的存在压差,密封油流量的增加将导致空、氢侧密封油的交换量成倍增加,空侧密封油中携带的空气、水分等通过交换进入氢侧密封油中,再通过氢侧密封油与氢气的接触进入到发电机氢气中污染氢气,降低氢气纯度。密封油量的增大将会造成静压回油管路不畅,发电机氢侧回油腔室消泡箱油位升高到超过轴颈最低位置时,将造成发电机进油。3)发电机密封油温度高密封油的粘度随油温的升高而降低,在同样的流通面积内,要维持一定的密封油压力,当密封油温度高时,文档编码:CH10Y8K2G5S7 H
