1、20XX 年师德师风学习心得体会精选汇编师德师风学习心得体会一:一个周的师德培训,使我对教师的职责、师德的内涵又加深了一层认识,对教育教学又有了更深的了解。从走出大学校门到现在,一直以为“在其位,谋其政”把自己的教学工作搞好就是很好的完成了任务。通过在市大会堂听到两个先进教师的事迹报告会后,我深深体会到:为为一位教师,不仅仅是在课堂上教好书,给学生讲讲道理那么简单,而是要从社会,学校,班级,甚至每个学生的实际出发,让他们掌握科学知识、养成健全人格,为国家、为社会培养负责任,有用的人才。教师的职责决定了教师必须具备高尚的师德,什么是师德?师德,是教师工作的精髓,“师爱为魂,学高为师,身正为范”是
2、其内涵。第一,高尚的师德必须对学生充满爱。热爱学生就是热爱教育事业。然而热爱学生并不是一件容易做到的事,让学生体会到教师的爱就更加困难。记得北师大林崇德教授曾说过,“疼爱自己的孩子是本能,而热爱别人的孩子是神圣!”教师对学生的爱,从本质上说是一种只讲付出不求回报、无私的、没有血缘关系的爱,是一种严慈相济的爱。这种爱是极其神圣纯真的。这种圣洁的爱是教师教书育人的感情基础,学生一旦体会到这种真实感情,就会“亲其师、敬其师”,从而“信其道”,从而达到真正教育的目的。在工作过程中我也曾经感叹,为什么有些学生不能体会出我对他的爱呢,有时反而对我的爱充满警惕和不屑。通过培训我真正的认识到,原来我的感情还是
3、没有到位,甚至有点急于求成,其实爱贯穿在我平时的一点一滴,一言一行,相信学生一定会领会到的,就想扎根海岛的那位老师,正是她那无私的、不求回报的对学生的爱,最终得到学生由衷的尊敬,这些是教育的真谛,是我努力的方向。第二,作为教师必须对某一学科具有的丰富的知识、精通的业务、严谨的治学、创新的教学,这也是师德不可或缺的组成部分。教师在教学过程中,具备坚实的基础知识、精深的专业知识和较高的学术水平,能使学生产生一种信赖感,进而转化为一种很强的人格力量,去激励、鞭策学生。我们学校有文档编码:CY8K5I4S1I2 HB8S4Q8R2Z9 ZO4H3J1S5I1文档编码:CY8K5I4S1I2 HB8S4

18、洁心灵的塑造而竭尽全力。一、树立事业心,增强责任感热爱教育事业。教书是手段,育人是目的。因此,我们教师在任何时候都不能忘记,自己不单单是为教书而教书的“教书匠”,而应是一个教育家,是人类灵魂的工程师。“以情育人,热爱学生;以言导行,诲人不倦;以才育人,亲切关心;以身示范,尊重信任”。尊师爱生,是一种理性化的高尚情感,对待学生,管而不死,严而不厉,爱在其中。教育是爱的共鸣,是心和心的呼应。教师只有热爱学生,才能教育好学生,才能使教育发挥最大限度的作用。可以说,热爱学生是教师职业道德的根本。对学生冷漠,缺乏热情,决不是一个有良好师德的好教师。教师爱学生体现在“严”和“慈”上。常言道:“严师出高徒。

48、年暑期的师德集训都让我收获很多,曾经的困惑在培训中慢慢释然,找到了明确的答案。也让懵懂中的我知道了,师德是一种职业道德,它是教师和一切教育工作者在从事教育活动中必须遵守的道德规范和行为准则。教师的道德素质比教师的文化素质更为重要,教师的道德是教师的灵魂,师德是教师人格特征的直接体现。也是从培训中我知道了开展师德师风活动的重要性。今年的集训不同于往年,教育局组织了师德集训讲师团来给我们做了精彩的报告,两位教师图文并茂的给我展示了他们在武汉市育才小学培训时的所见、所闻、所获、所感,虽然我无法身临其境,但是从他们的报告中我还是知道了自己和育才小学教师之间的差距,他们的自信、风采是我望尘莫及的,他们的
